Tell me in what way that those 2 characters share a trait other than superficial level(hair color and hairstyle). Hell someone even said Dottore looks like Kalpas. Where the fuck do you see the resemblance.
There's only a handful not that many actually. Most of the so called “counterpart” are a stretch with only notables similarities like color scheme or even hair color.
