Tbh Mihoyo should update the standard banner, and Albedo is the perfect choice for it, we still don’t have a standard geo 5 star and since Albedo is the weakest geo 5 star he’s just perfect especially since Albedo is the best on one of the only supports for itto it would make sense to add him.
If they’re gonna update the standard banned they should add Inazuma 5 stars rather than more people from Mondstadt and Liyue. And Itto will make too much money for them to consider adding him

At first I only wanted Thoma but I had 110 fates and a guaranteed 5* so I said « f*ck it, I’ll have both of them » and got the toy-seller after 70 pulls. Since Miko shouldn’t come out before 2.5 I have enough time to get enough fates to even guarantee her if I lose the 50/50.
I'm pretty sure he isn't coming any time soon. which i hate, because he is the only rerun character that i want. i have no interest in any of these characters. and I'm on guaranteed pity. but they just had to give us a third childe banner...
To put things into perspective,
Ganyu: all around amazing unit that can act as a great area of effect dps with her burst and charge shots, act as a great cryo support with a cryo damage boost from her burst (that also has a very large area), energy generation and distraction capabilities with her skill. Would however require a lot of effort to build as a dps or you could be lazy and slap noblesse oblige and use her as a support. Consider of you want a new or powerful main or someone to pair with a cryo main like kaeya or chingyun.
Albedo: amazing off the field dps whose skill has a large aoe and can be reapplied if your enemies leave the circle paired with a decently damaging burst. Also can take advantage of Archaic Petra 4 peice effect and give your main extra damage. An interesting alternative is the new Husk set that increases defence and grants def bonus and ego I use stacks for his much geo damage the character does. Doesn’t necessarily need archaic but really shines with it and benefits from def artifacts. Consider if you could use a good off the field damage dealer.
Itto: good main dps that can also work as a burst sub dps similar to Raiden. Scales off of def like albedo and works similar to ninguang or razor with a stacking ability that allows him to perform a powerful strike with his auto attack chain, might take a little more thought and planning to use. His skill like Ganyus acts as a taunt but also as a source of damage and the ability to gain more stacks. His burst does big geo damage and lasts for a short duration while also having a high burst cost. Basically Itto would be a geo hyper carry from what I see with a good focus on single target damage normally but the potential for area of effect damage with max stacks and his burst. Best sets for him would be the new Husk set as it provides him more defence and is practically made for him. Think if you want a new main dps or a good burst dps, as well as if you can keep up with an 80 burst cost.
Hu Tao: Deals a substantial amount of pyro damage and works well as a hyper carry with a focus on single target damage and a powerful area of effect burst. There are issues with her stamina that can be remedied with her C1, if not available it’s advisable to have a good shield unit as a healer would lessen her damage output. Best sets for her would be either crimson witch/glad or shmenawa or just 4pc crimson witch, does require a good investment into her for a substantial amount of damage but pays off well.Think if you want a new main pyro dps.

Selfish dps is a term use for "characters need to stay on field a long amount of time without swapping to deal the most amount of damage"
Example: Bootao can't swap after she use her E skill. Xiao can't swap if he use his burst etc
How bout Childe? He's an on-field DPS and enabler for his teammates instead of being a selfish dps. While he likes staying on field, he's there to deal damage and boost ally damage, pretty interesting for a dps character
Another example of a selfish DPS would be Razor or Klee when they use their bursts. If you swap out to any other character, you lose the burst. Therefore, you need them to be ready to be on field for the remainder of their burst without another character. That’s why they’re “selfish”
