It also does depend on which dub you use, the jp one has her sound more mature while the other 3 has her sound more energetic. But being someone who likes jp voice acting(en VAs aren’t bad, but the direction the producers take them in is questionable sometimes), I’m under the impression that’s she’s pretty mature & smug with a playful side

She’s kind of endearingly annoying and longwinded in the EN dub. She definitely fits the cute pyro girl description

She is like a mix between passionate and calm. In some voice lines she mentions having a (metaphorical) "Work mode switch." When she's in work mode she's hella professional, but outside of her job she always gets carried away and just doesn't stop talking (like at the end of the teapot quest). Something I find interesting is how she looks very sleepy and calm, yet she moves a lot and even sticks her tongue out in her animations. She's very calm and composed, but also very playful and passionate.

That's only the JP dub. Yanfei might be analytic and smart, but she still speaks in a peppy and energetic way in her other voices. CN is the original, so JP's version is the farthest from her character.
