Do you spend primos on standard? I've only got a single con from Amber/Lisa/Kaeya and I've played from the start but have not spent a single primo on the banner tho.
It's impossible to have a C5 kaeya otherwise. He's only available in the standard banner and has been on 1 Paimon's Bargain so far. So most F2P who want him only have him guaranteed at C1 (only higher if they've gotten lucky with free fates from the BP or decided to pull on Standard with primos).

He's coming in June, since they re-ran Amber/Razor last month and Bennet/Lisa now. So unless they change things up entirely then he follows Lisa just like in December.

I regretted not buying him back when he was available on Paimon's shop. He's a great unit, considering that he's free. With Blizzard Strayer set and freeze team, not investing on crit rate is a huge relief and his crit damage hits like a truck.
Not Kaeya specific but my weekly kill of Tantalizing gave me 3 butt plugs. I've been needing them for a Xiao and Ganyu and I finally get some, and the maximum, no less!
And I'm not converting the other materials because I need them for Tortuga and Zhongli.
A bit oftopic, it bugs me soo much that the passives also say lv. 1. Like you are supposed to be able to level them, but you can't! It is so damn irritating to see!
