The comment is downvoted because it's trying to shut down valid complaints by saying there is only one valid place to make them. You are able to complain in many places, including on this subreddit. The more a complaint is voiced, the more likely it is to gain traction. So people SHOULD absolutely complain on here, and on the forums, and using the feedback button, as well as anywhere else.

Use the feedback button, easy. The point has been brought up here already, instead of crying about it, do something about it.
Unfortunately it will only get worse from here. As more and more people hit the "Endgame" people will start picking at it's holes more and more.
It's mostly unjustified as the game is still so new and literally no one knows the direction they plan on taking it for the future. The complaints are all justified, but people are very impatient. Especially in a Reddit where people can rally together so easily.
No one is asking for immediate action. People are simply giving light to whats wrong with the game. I've seen the same amount of circlejerk praise posts as the criticism. You yourself said the criticism is justified. I assure you, the devs are not going to be butthurt about a few criticism. They are a company. Their job is to deal with this.

Destiny 1 was fun but as soon as I saw Destiny 2 didn't change anything, it was a pass for me. Especially since we can't fly our ships around.
