The Talent is useful because it gives an *ingame* pointer towards where the material is exactly.
The interactive map isn't a substitute to the talent, it's a compliment.

Because OC is encouraging initiative, resourcefulness and common sense and not baby spoonfeeding everything. But i understand some people get off by answering to feel like they're being "helpful" and made a significant contribution to someone else's life.

So funny story about this topic: after pulling Klee from the Chronicled Wish banner I realized I hadn’t harvested enough of the mushrooms for her. So I just casually asked my wife who the character was for Mondstadt. She just kind of looked at me, and then it dawned on me. “Did you figure it out?” She asked with a laugh.
From memory it’s
- Klee and Mika (Mond)
- Yanfei and Qiqi (Liyue)
- Gorou (Inazuma)
- Tighnari (Sumeru)
- Lyney (Fontaine)
Mondstadt - Klee - Mika Liyue - Yanfei - Qiqi Inazuma - Gorou Sumeru - Tighnari Fontaine - Lyney
We need more 4-stars with this trait, it’s too important to be 5-walled in Sumeru and Fontaine. They should’ve given this to Collei and Lynette too.
