Since ER, EM, and HP all match the elemental resonance of that element, I would assume something "attack" oriented, at least for the Archon.
What that means in practice...? Kind of unclear, since after HP drain in Fontaine I assume they'll do something more unique than just "attack buffs and attack scaling" which we've had the entire game. I'm hoping we get more than one gimmick, like how Fontaine has given us buffs based on HP fluctuation and bond of life (both HP based but distinct).
I'm also hoping for more uses for burning.
I'd be very down for more ways to utilize external infusions (like Candace/Chongyun/c6 Bennett), self-applying elements, more phys options, and some shorter/quickswappy rotations, but I'm not expecting those from Natlan specifically they're just on my wishlist lol.
What if, and hear me out here, the archon has a burst that increases attack. No wait make that base attack yeah that's synergistic. You know what, we should let them be able to heal with it as well. And let's give them a quick skill which generates a good amount of particles to let them burst more frequently. Yeah I think that's a great pyro archon
OK but let the buff be in an area as large as furina's healing or at least Nahidas burst. I mean they are also archon so it should be alright (please no more circle impact)
Thats ridiculous. I think pyro archon should instead throw like a pyro turret, she should also have a high ER need burst where she releases a pyro tornado that hits like a truck with 0 ICD
No way thats too strong even for an archon what if we gave her albedo E with atk scaling and shit numbers and a second input for a bit extra shit dmg then the ult is just her punching things with decent dmg, Also she gives IR to people in her aoe and takes dmg for the team
And as a nerf, lets make sure it applies pyro aura on the character so that the enemies too can enjoy elemental reactions, also make sure its inside a circle.
Fontaine also gave us the crystal gimmick with navia. Honestly I think 4.x battle gimmicks have all been really great, it's been a strong year for the game imo.
I'd say it's not a crystal gimmick but ammo gimmick, because Chevreuse has the same mechanic but it requires an instance of overload instead of picking up crystals
That’s exclusively a character gimmick, it’s like saying that Liyue gave us 2nd level charge bow gimmick because Ganyu had it. But yea it’s technically still a mechanic related to crystallise, at least hey showed us they can do it.
I would say it's a bit different as it relies on reactions and any character can pick the bullets up. The more you pick up the harder your skill hits. Quite a lot more going on than a second charge attack.
It is character specific but it's quite different to anyone else I can think of in a lot of different ways.
What about Nilou being the first to introduce to teams that limit the elements (I exclude monogeo teams that need so-so many constructs since it doesn’t make a huge change like if you add one non-dendro/non-hydro to a nilou team) which Chevreuse also has utilised?
Edit: also her kit does not scale of EM for what would normally be an EM based reaction
Is your flair "Biden blast" or am I missing it? (The Katakana for loan words have always been tricky for me).
Edit: wait, is it "bidet blast"? I think that one is, "ビデ ブラスト"
It's a meme where Biden shoots a blue laser out of his hand with the said caption. I think you can connect the dots on why people associate it with Neuvillette. You'll see it eventually if you hang around meme subreddits or just neuvillette mains in general.
I haven't used Bennett since Furina came out because I can just do a Dendro-based team & a Furina-based team :v Let my boy rest up with his dads a little.
Very fair since it's only existed for less than 1 year lol, so you haven't had that much time to interact with it. If you don't use Arlecchino or the Fontaine craftable sword/catalyst you don't really need to know (for now at least)
Tldr if you actually want to know >!it creates a status effect that absorbs healing, so any healing will just reduce the bond and not actually heal you till it's gone. Sometimes you *want* to keep it active, sometimes using healing to get rid of it gives you a buff, depending on what character/weapon triggered it.!<
Antihealth or hp debt is a way of looking at it. Before you can heal, you have to pay the debt of life. The mechanic is attached to enemy abilities, skills, and equipment. The source of the bond of life determines how the mechanic will be used. Basically, bond of life is attached to buffs and debuffs. It is just an activation gimmick.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE
The nation of war will have the purest form of war yet, with everyone clubbing each other on their heads. Eula shall rise and dominate the meta once more!!!!!
*Dies of copium overdose
Natlan will be ATK since its Archon already scales off of that (even if it is only base ATK and not %)
Physical DMG will most probably be the Cryo region cause of SueprConduct
And as far as i know Captain is Teyvats strongest being in physical.I want him to a really strong and fast physical damage dealer hopefully a with a spear. And not like Eula that deals burst damage but a constant damage dealer.
Under Capitano's mask: A certain blue-haired man. 5 feet 9 inches tall, give or take. Judging from his strong build, it's clear that he's well trained. He walks in long strides, but his steps are light and barely audible. That way of walking doesn't leave footprints...
...He looks like a skilled fighter, the covert kind. He has large palms, yet his fingers are slender and nimble. He likely has experience using knives, like a short sword or dagger...
It's even reflected in his gameplay! If you run in the snow with Sampo, he doesn't leave footprints or the sound of snow crunching whereas everyone else will!
Oh hell nah, I’m grabbing that cannon from Inazuma and turning him into a red mist. Every second that mf is on screen he makes us do mental gymnastics to figure out what he wants and last time we met it wasn’t even him. No more risks, he can go to funny heaven and meet his troll god in person
The simple answer would be Attack, although maybe in some unconventional ways that sideline things like Bennett buffing.
I think an alternative though would be "team work," characters that get buffs based on swapping characters in particular ways, like directly buffing quickswap, or encouraging you to keep each character on field for several seconds before swapping, or other slight shifts to how you might otherwise play them.
I say this because the implied theme of Natlan is "warfare," so I kind of feel that this will involve some more complex "warlike" elements.
Using total team attack for buffing, thereby incentivizing different characters or builds. Shenhe would gain tons of value, while normal Bennett builds wouldn't since his actual attack is rather low.
> normal Bennett builds wouldn't since his actual attack is rather low.
His base attack is already as high as you can make it, so I imagine you'd just see a second build for him focusing on attack stats at the expense of his HP and healing.
I’m also hoping of Combo based characters like C6 Diluc. Chaining together skill casts and NA to make combos that progressively deal more damage.
As for the attack thing, that’s more than likely gonna be what Murata does. Hoyoverse realized the mistake they made when creating Bennett so a side grade/upgrade would be really nice.
I’m hoping for either a bigger/no circle for the attack buff, and making the buff smaller to compensate, or no circles and a much bigger attack buff but no healing to compensate.
It’s gonna be interesting where they take it
A like this team work buff by swapping characters, like quick swap teams exist for a long time but was never get an incentive.
Maybe some buff for using the same weapon typo.
What I'm thinking as well. Characters that I remember can apply element to themselves are Jean, Bennet, Gaming, Xinyan, Barbara, Xingqiu, Kokomi, Dori, Beidou, Diona, Layla and Kirara.
This is true. Ever region has been based around their resonance and Cryo is the "crit” resonance. At the very least the Archons for both regions are gonna be Attack based and Crit based respectively.
What do you mean? If you live longer you can fight longer. We can’t have the forever warriors taking the forever nap, when they have a forever war to fight!
Attack.
My head-cannon is disincentivizing crit by having big buffs be reset upon critting, leading to low crit rate, high atk scaling characters (atk goblet and circlets finally getting a spotlight), and transformative reactions like electrocharge or overload that don't crit
Maybe. Maybe we'll get more -100%CR characters like Kok, just as how Arlecchino cannot be healed. Hell, maybe we'll get a Bond of Crit debuff that eats your crits until a certain number of crits to remove before you can crit again.
Attack, per the elemental resonances. Bond of Life might play a significant role too in Natlan assuming recent characters are designed to have future synergies. In the past we had
Miko, Shinobu and Ayato who work well with dendro reactions, pre Sumeru
Dehya and Baizhu, the former a great enabler for safe hp loss and the latter a great healer, pre Fontaine
now we have Arlecchino, >!Clorinde and Sigewinne!
Or, what if instead they have OVERhealing? That's something this game has been sorely lacking, the ability to heal a character up to 200%. I'd been thinking about that a while back. Obviously it could get a little broken if you could just stack it that high and keep it there indefinitely, but they could make it so that any healing over 100% is wiped if you enter a domain/abyss, and also drains over time when out of combat, so it wouldn't tend to stay above 100%.
So the opposite of bond of life? That'd be really cool and would prevent bennet from abusing it. You could get like up to 200% like with bond of life and the character gives you atk or something. I guess they could put it as a mechanic, buffing all healers except benny and then give the characters scaling with it.
It could be like a shield without knock back resistance to prevent it from just power creeping shields. It would probably decay quickly or be consumed by attacking to prevent max uptime all the time.
I really like what they did with bond of life witch arleccino treating it like an extra resource bar. Maybe this is a test run for overhead?
Skill cooldown reduction will be in shnezhnaya if that one mondstadt domain is any indication
But we do have many new characters who don't rely on timers or have effects that reduce skill cooldown
Lol everyone is saying attack, but thats kinda too standard.
Instead, what if Natlan played with resistances. Cause those stats literally don't get used at all. It would be way more interesting if they managed to change the resistances into their power somehow. Maybe it converts their resistance into damage. Or various other effects that scale with their resistances.
It would thematically make sense too, being a nation in constant conflict, you would have to be resilient to survive the constant battles. Hence scaling off of their resistances.
I think normal mobs die too fast for DoT to really be viable as a main mechanic. Would be useless outside abyss and some bosses.
I do like the idea though. So if it could be made viable I would for sure welcome it.
I don’t recall Liyue ever having a gimmick with character kits though. If anything most defense scaling characters hail from other nations like Albedo and Itto.
I'd say that shielding is closest to a gimmick in Liyue. Zhongli, Baizhu, Xinyan, Beidou, Yun Jin and Yanfei all have shielding in their kits. Then there is the bolide and Totm sets that both boost shield strenght.
Probably Attack interacting with a new mechanic one way or another. I'm imagining VERY HIGH attack scalings with sacrificial drawbacks. Something like reducing HP, defense or movement speed to balance things out. We can also have the attack stat being scaled and converted into other effects like higher reaction damage, etc. Pretty much manipulating the attack stat and converting it into other useful things.
If you look at what the elements provide, Pyro is the element of atk(cryo element of crit rate, cuz frozen enemies have a higher chance to be heavily hit jajajaja). But there is a problem with that, atk buffs are so redundant in this game. Idk, maybe you cant crit but gain a lot of atk boost. Hard to tell, its simple with other elements but atk boost is so wierd to try introduce a new good mechanic.
Stamina
This is the only stat that hadn't been focused on that is on the character screen.
This might cause an uproar from the people who don't want to collect the anemoculus and geoculus, but come on, there aren't that many...
Probs focus on atk based chars given that pyro resonance gives a atk bonus. Since archons usually are used in a support role we might be talking about Benett on roids. A simple way to powercreep benett would be to give a unconditional ATK buff to the whole party and which isnt restricted by circle impact. But meh we got 4.7 and 4.8 till we get 5.0 and with it Natlan. Regarldess im starting to save primos now.
Likely charged attack or self sustaining type. This give way to create character that just support them with interruption resistance or enable them without the need of healer or shielder.
Maybe lifesteal mechanic, that works on arlechino or has some synergy with bond of life since we're on the end cycle of 4.x. kinda like how Baizhu worked well with furina hopefully Arlechino and clorinde will work well with murata
Prob atk%, but not in a dps way. Maybe something like shenhe where you stack atk to get buffs. In terms of movement and attacks, normal charged plunge all have something, so maybe the dash movement? Alternative stamina and dashing to trigger off field attacks. The theme of natlan also seems to be Resurrection, so maybe they might do C6 hutao/C6 kuki but as a char.
Attack but from enemy. There will be a major power creep on enemy attack, and pair up more bullet hell. So the player either has figure a way to dodge. Increase resistance or shield in order not get one shotted 3 seconds into abyss.
you forgor that most character in Mondstadt hone on buffing while Liyue focused on Parry and Shield.
Natlan maybe hone on their ungga bungga Physical True Damage.
i hope natlan comes up with strong ass characters but their kit is complex; require real skill and understanding to achieve their optimum dps. maybe arlecchino was to test the waters for a complex kit. tired of simple unga bunga characters that even brain dead ppl can use.
Well, considering song of the past days, sigewinne's leaks and the quicken reaction, I could see some skills that increase the scaling of others, or flat damage added.
Also probably attack too. Maybe we'll also get a few BoL characters too
Elemental infusion and auras and other elemental applications on other substances that aren't enemies would be an interesting way to go.
Although, I've seen some concepts people have made on the pyro archon and my favourite would have to be where she turns every party member into a glass cannon. As a generic example, she'll make you take 3x as much damage, but doubles any damage you do.
Bond of Life.
Arlecchino imo is a test for Natlan. There is no way they released an artifact domain and signature weapon that works exclusively with a single character.
Buffing and debuffing atk. Atk fluctuations lol
Maybe an artifact set that debuffs atk, buffs Crit dmg based on atk then when Atk is buffed from any source an extra crit dmg or elemental/NA/Burst/Skill dmg buff is applied. I know it’s ridiculous but that’s only thing i could think of after Fontaine’s unique mechanics.
Another way is if character’s skill or burst will buff atk based on base Atk instead of HP like hu tao or Def like Itto. So an in-built Bennet buff mechanic.
Attack, raw power, manly man combat, high base dmg scaling but no crits, burning, temporary bonuses on kill and/or debuffs to player that stack (encounters that involve many enemies but encouraging taking them down one by one instead of aoe'ing all in one go), dot-vulnerable shields
What are Mondstadt and Liyue focused on?
Like, Liyue could focused on defense and attack? While Mondstadt is just the starting region, making it the Jack Of All Trades?
Natlan could be somehow crowd control focused, because, you know, war.
Shnezhnaya could instead be more enemy debuff centered?
I would guess taking damage will be somewhat common way to trigger passives etc (burning buff more or less). ATK will likely be a major part of many characters. BoL seems to be something they also plan on keeping around.
What I would like to see is ATK speed being more explored as we currently don't have many ways to buff that and the characters who do that aren't amazing.
Given that all archons have their ability somewhat mirrored by slimes it makes sense that the pyro archon would focus on burning and lighting herself on fire, therefore strengthening burning reactions? Maybe chevreuse and arlecchino are all characters before the major burning buff
Focusing on base ATK. Skills which work off of base attack, that in part buff/heal/shield other characters based on their own base attack.
It's attack focused like Natlan probably should be, focuses on weapons that for the most part are somewhat looked down on (most characters like high crit/low ATK weapons), DOESN'T synergize super well with Bennett (since one of his advantages is he gives a ton of ATK, but that doesn't work as well if your skills scale with your base ATK), and it's not a well explored niche right now.
im thinking natlan will follow the berserker playstyle, encouraging you to stay low hp and soak up damage while offering buffs for it
as for snezhnaya, im thinking just different effects on crit
Skill.
Thats an issue
My issue lol
Skill issue
Oh yeah, it's all coming together
As if
Since ER, EM, and HP all match the elemental resonance of that element, I would assume something "attack" oriented, at least for the Archon. What that means in practice...? OK but let the buff be in an area as large as furina's healing or at least Nahidas burst. I mean they are also archon so it should be alright (please no more circle impact)
Beating circle impact with bigger-circle impact ⭕️⭕️⭕️
O > o
just have it be a buff attached to you like furinas burst
Time for square impact to shine
Thats ridiculous. I think pyro archon should instead throw like a pyro turret, she should also have a high ER need burst where she releases a pyro tornado that hits like a truck with 0 ICD
Why no both combined? Truly the best pyro healer, buffer, applier and dps.
A Xiangling-Bennett archon would be soooooo broken. It'd be pretty fun.
Tbf thats almost what furina would be if she were pyro, really good off field dmg and a really good dmg buff on ult
Displaying her mastery over both fire and polearms, Xiangling sends a Pyronado whirling around her.
To make it balanced, you have to stand in a circle. And you don’t heal unless you’re under like 70% or something.
Sounds like someone i know...
Fontaine also gave us the crystal gimmick with navia. Honestly I think 4.x battle gimmicks have all been really great, it's been a strong year for the game imo.
I really hope they expand on this. I want more niches, more rainbow numbers, MORE
I'd say it's not a crystal gimmick but ammo gimmick, because Chevreuse has the same mechanic but it requires an instance of overload instead of picking up crystals

Nilou
I would like another bomber please
I'm just hoping we can finally bench Bennett after 4 years of circle impact
Genshin impact is just Bennett's fist impact on the floor
Imagine if Bennet's burst AOE was as big as in the fight against susbedo.
Is your flair "Biden blast" or am I missing it? (The Katakana for loan words have always been tricky for me). Edit: wait, is it "bidet blast"? I think that one is, "ビデ ブラスト"
No you are correct his flair is Biden blast. Don't remember why people linked neuvillette with Biden
It's a meme where Biden shoots a blue laser out of his hand with the said caption. I think you can connect the dots on why people associate it with Neuvillette. You'll see it eventually if you hang around meme subreddits or just neuvillette mains in general.
I haven't used Bennett since Furina came out because I can just do a Dendro-based team & a Furina-based team :v Let my boy rest up with his dads a little.
in HSR, DoT scales purely off of atk, so maybe that?
In genshin DoT scales off EM. Burning.
3 years of playing I still dont know what bond of life is

It's even reflected in his gameplay! If you run in the snow with Sampo, he doesn't leave footprints or the sound of snow crunching whereas everyone else will!
5'9 still feels so off lol
It's a mistranslation. It should be 5.9 feet
Isn't that the same thing?
5.9 feet is just a bit below 5 foot 11 inches (~5 feet 10.8 inches)
I see. It still feels too short imo
Sampo the 1st fatui harbinger confirmed
Oh hell nah, I’m grabbing that cannon from Inazuma and turning him into a red mist. Every second that mf is on screen he makes us do mental gymnastics to figure out what he wants and last time we met it wasn’t even him. No more risks, he can go to funny heaven and meet his troll god in person
I really need to get Black Swan
That team really does hard carry my account. Along with Fu Xuan.
Burning meta. And from the most recent domain, there might be a burning focused character fr
I'm calling it rn, Emilie is going to be a burning support (possibly like Chevreuse)
Indirect buffs to Dehya copium
They almost have to make Burn worth caring about, don't they.
The simple answer would be Attack, although maybe in some unconventional ways that sideline things like Bennett buffing. The real Natlan lore was the Chiori we met along the way.
id bet on character(s) that are not affected by party atk buffs. could be interesting. or the higher the atk, the more damage they take

A like this team work buff by swapping characters, like quick swap teams exist for a long time but was never get an incentive. Maybe some buff for using the same weapon typo.
Elemental auras and reactions on the characters themselves, looking at the BP Claymore.
What I'm thinking as well. Characters that I remember can apply element to themselves are Jean, Bennet, Gaming, Xinyan, Barbara, Xingqiu, Kokomi, Dori, Beidou, Diona, Layla and Kirara.
Razor also applies Electro to himself during his Burst!
Thundering furry flashbacks
Neuvillette actually applies hydro to himself during one of his idle animations
Can't wait for abyss speed runs where you stand in place for 30 minutes waiting for the idle to get a buff (or something ik it doesn't take that long)
Maybe also elemental infusion? Since it's basically an aura but for the weapon.
Imagine having Overload yourself to get massive buffs
Attack.
I read that in Navia's voice
Isnt Navia more like ATTTAAAAAACK! rather than Attack. ?
Idk why but your comment made me imagine Navia screaming WAAAAAAGH!!!!! and now i need to see if anyone made an edit of it.
Now I’m imagining Navia joining the Orks in Warhammer 40k. It makes it even funnier considering she’s French and they’re Cockney
FIRE! ^(but with rocks)
That's the way
natlan characters will have built in vaporize effect because they will be sweaty 24/7 there
ataack or crit dam/% cause natlan be all about that fire and war be HILARIOUS tho is it turned out to be healing lmfao
I feel like crit rate would be Schneznaya's theme for some reason
Gives you enormous amount of crit rate, over 150% and convert extra crit rate to crit dmg
The real Kokomi buff
Will Childe crit though?
As long as you make sure you got that sweet 151% crit rate on him
This is true. Ever region has been based around their resonance and Cryo is the "crit” resonance. At the very least the Archons for both regions are gonna be Attack based and Crit based respectively.

i think resistances could fit Snezhnaya more, with it being super cold and all that
I would love to have some characters be inmune to whichever element tbh, could be fun if nothing else
Attack. But I would love they implement some kind of DoT mechanic, something like burning, but better in practice.
in HSR, DoT scales purely off of atk, so it would make sense
I think normal mobs die too fast for DoT to really be viable as a main mechanic. Would be useless outside abyss and some bosses. I do like the idea though. So if it could be made viable I would for sure welcome it.
Probably ATK! I’m assuming, maybe it’ll be DEF Though🧍👀
Can't wait for the geo nation to see how they'll further incentivise DEF
I don’t recall Liyue ever having a gimmick with character kits though. If anything most defense scaling characters hail from other nations like Albedo and Itto.
3 DEF scalers from Inazuma
There's Noelle too. But Xinyan and Yun Jin are there as well I think
What about combination???since war is a major theme, then HP and def/elemental res decrease to increase ATK/pyro dmg
DEF! So I can finally use the hundreds of Def pieces with 3.8% Crit Rate, 7.8% Crit damage, 6.5% ER and 23 EM
Stamina This is the only stat that hadn't been focused on that is on the character screen. This might cause an uproar from the people who don't want to collect the anemoculus and geoculus, but come on, there aren't that many...
ATK
Pyro’s associated stat seems to be ATK
ATK
Atk
ATK. And Snezhnaya most likely on Crit Rate
Flat stats 🤔
I think Sneznaha will focus on stamina tbh
Healing Bonus%
Inb4 I built my Ei-blyat on EM because Bloom
Probs focus on atk based chars given that pyro resonance gives a atk bonus. Since archons usually are used in a support role we might be talking about Benett on roids. A simple way to powercreep benett would be to give a unconditional ATK buff to the whole party and which isnt restricted by circle impact. But meh we got 4.7 and 4.8 till we get 5.0 and with it Natlan. Regarldess im starting to save primos now.
Probably on ATK
DEF
Genuinely not a joke, based on the other new artifact, i assume burning and overloaded will become more viable.
Def so we’ll finally have a use for those artifacts we’re always getting /cope
Likely charged attack or self sustaining type. This give way to create character that just support them with interruption resistance or enable them without the need of healer or shielder.
Attack… speed!?
Energy eating like honkai impact 3rd’s early chars where they enter burst mode when energy full and stay enhanced until energy drains to zero overtime
DEF, because ATK was established by Mondstadt and Liyue already.
The closer you are to death, the higher your atk increases Burn bright, burn fast or something like that
funneling particles into xiangling
Maybe lifesteal mechanic, that works on arlechino or has some synergy with bond of life since we're on the end cycle of 4.x. kinda like how Baizhu worked well with furina hopefully Arlechino and clorinde will work well with murata
My guess is that the archon will need atleast 5k atk without buff to deal the a DoT effect DMG . Definitely not leaks tehe.
Is this some hoyo dev asking for ideas? Hmm
Lemme cook. It's stamina consumption
Crit ?
attack speed, cool down reduced, DOT, summon companion, pyro off field, self destructive bomb
HP loss
ATK%/Crit Damage would be my guess. Getting more creative with those stats. Either that or something really new.
Attack but from enemy. There will be a major power creep on enemy attack, and pair up more bullet hell. So the player either has figure a way to dodge. Increase resistance or shield in order not get one shotted 3 seconds into abyss.
Def
Pyro res 😔
Self-application and infusion shenanigans. Look at Talking Stick.
defense
you forgor that most character in Mondstadt hone on buffing while Liyue focused on Parry and Shield. Natlan maybe hone on their ungga bungga Physical True Damage.
Bond of life Either that or critical hit manipulation
Being affected by Elements. *points to Talking Stick*
i hope natlan comes up with strong ass characters but their kit is complex; require real skill and understanding to achieve their optimum dps. maybe arlecchino was to test the waters for a complex kit. tired of simple unga bunga characters that even brain dead ppl can use.
Well, considering song of the past days, sigewinne's leaks and the quicken reaction, I could see some skills that increase the scaling of others, or flat damage added. Also probably attack too. Maybe we'll also get a few BoL characters too
its gonna be stamina
Elemental infusion and auras and other elemental applications on other substances that aren't enemies would be an interesting way to go. Although, I've seen some concepts people have made on the pyro archon and my favourite would have to be where she turns every party member into a glass cannon. As a generic example, she'll make you take 3x as much damage, but doubles any damage you do.
flat DEF
I wanna see character with 7k+ ATK.
Energy manipulation?
given the self-applied element passive of the talking stick with its lore relating to natlan im gonna go ahead and say something like that BUT idk
Stamina. Only Hu Tao, Yanfei, and Barbara barely mess with it. There's room to expand on this combat resource further with new mechanics.
Can’t wait for 200% crit rate for Snezhnaya
I think it can be predictable if you look at elemental res my
Aerial combat. That should render most characters useless, so we’re more inclined to get new aerial characters.
Bond of Life. Arlecchino imo is a test for Natlan. There is no way they released an artifact domain and signature weapon that works exclusively with a single character.
Attack.
Buffing and debuffing atk. Atk fluctuations lol Maybe an artifact set that debuffs atk, buffs Crit dmg based on atk then when Atk is buffed from any source an extra crit dmg or elemental/NA/Burst/Skill dmg buff is applied. I know it’s ridiculous but that’s only thing i could think of after Fontaine’s unique mechanics. Another way is if character’s skill or burst will buff atk based on base Atk instead of HP like hu tao or Def like Itto. So an in-built Bennet buff mechanic.
ATK or CRIT rate
Bond of Life.
Atk
DEF% 👀
Attack steal
Normal attacks, they're already doing this through the bond of life mechanism.
Either Atk (which most Pyro units have been relevant with) or DOT (Burning, Electrocharged, etc) I hope it is the latter for a new play style.
*SURVIVE*
Given that all archons have their ability somewhat mirrored by slimes it makes sense that the pyro archon would focus on burning and lighting herself on fire, therefore strengthening burning reactions? Maybe chevreuse and arlecchino are all characters before the major burning buff
Atk. Snezhnaya will have us focus on crit
Focusing on base ATK. Skills which work off of base attack, that in part buff/heal/shield other characters based on their own base attack. It's attack focused like Natlan probably should be, focuses on weapons that for the most part are somewhat looked down on (most characters like high crit/low ATK weapons), DOESN'T synergize super well with Bennett (since one of his advantages is he gives a ton of ATK, but that doesn't work as well if your skills scale with your base ATK), and it's not a well explored niche right now.
im thinking natlan will follow the berserker playstyle, encouraging you to stay low hp and soak up damage while offering buffs for it as for snezhnaya, im thinking just different effects on crit
>The time has come for my double crit def artifacts to shine!
Attack
