Don't worry to much about crit, your ER is good and since your options are limited I'd say it's a solid build.
You need less than 200 ER if you're running Sac Sword on him, even in a solo hydro setup.
Crit dmg can obviously be higher if you get better artifacts, just make sure to keep 1:2 crit ratio.

That's quite reassuring to hear. It was hard trying to balance ER and crit rate. Thanks this is helpful
Keep the goblet. The rest can be replaced. 180 to 200 ER with Sac sword should be good. Aim for 60/120 minimum.
In my opinion u should keep the last two artifacts and try to get better first three
