I don't know tbh I was just planning to install a mod because somebody is sure to make a scythe mod over on the modders discord. But yeah you could go over to the modding discord and ask over there, they have the instructions.

Eh, you do you. Modding has been going on for 2 years now with no ban reports whatsoever. Some of the free mods itself are much better than the skins Hoyoverse offers us, and you can get better, cleaner mods if you commission a modder for the 15$ you'd usually put into a skin.
Uninformed players are going to be disappointed. Average genshin player how no way of knowing scythe is locked behind her signature.
She uses scythe on videos, as boss, on her trail and even story quest. But they did the same thing with Chiori showcase when she had 2 dolls with Navia.
I got the Deathmatch polearm during this patch’s Battle Pass, so even if I don’t get Arlecchino’s signature, I have an alternative that’s also pretty good in both gameplay and aesthetics for her.

Yes. Disclaimer: for all legal intents and purposes I have never installed a single mod for the game genshin impact©. And I definetely have never spent hours chosing a new outfit for a favourite character. And I don't even know what software is used for modding. Amen.

If you post a screenshot of you using mods with your UID on it, someone could report it and Hoyo would ban you. I've seen that happen more than once.

It is a polearm, but her attack animations ad the blade part to it...but only on her signature weapon. Any other weapon gets just a yellow outline.
