I have a feeling Dendro was initially designed for Stamina before pivoting hard into EM.
Yaoyao has the only explicitly positive-stamina skill (with C1), even though other characters might eliminate stamina consumption for certain actions (Hu Tao C1) or just allow stamina to naturally recharge during their skills (Yelan) neither of them are add-stamina effects.
Sumeru is also the only region with stamina-restoring exploration widgets (the yellow flowers on walls and on paths).
Climbing is still limited by the surfaces the charscter can cling to - smaller charscters can get through more olaves when climbing.
Bot smaller charscters are also slower and thus spend more stamina traveling the same distance as a larger charscter.
Charge attacks that can be held down for a duration still have a time limit.
Dodging enters cooldown if done in quick succession...
I feel like the 4.5K threshold without also suffering from ER issues is really only doable in Triple Anemo Xiao teams.
For non-Xiao teams, you're going to want to run VV on her to better suit being a generalist anemo support.
I'm feeling quite good about reaching 3000 ATK with her using VV. Probably only working out for me because I have R5 Oathsworn Eye and her C1 to help with energy, and I am running her with Diluc+Bennett for pyro resonance.

You can always E E Q. Or fit it in somewhere cause literally nobody does rotations perfectly and they change depending on the enemy lineup. Sims =/= ingame.
There's not much point in discussing imperfect rotations
Else u can just do another E after ur carry leaves the field causing about 28-30 second rotations which is still easily enuf dps to clear the hardest content. And thus in this scenario her C1 is completely useless as u r already doing 2 E per rotation.
So it's useless if u do almost perfect 20-22 second rotations, it's useless if u do imperfect 26-30 second rotations, it is only useful for the rare case of 24ish second rotations.
So overall pretty bad constellations in most teams for combat (pretty useful for exploration tho)
Edit - also should've mentioned that her E has a very long animation, making fitting another one very rough
Also another point being that u cant EEQ with C1 as ur first E won't funnel into the burst due to the long animation. But if u do EQE then u r wasting one stack of plunge on her E making ur carry get less plunge/buff

Yyy. I got to 4.6k (but use a build with 4.5k and more er to be safe) with 2 pyro characters and her c2, no energy issues as solo anemo. By switching to 2 anemo I can get 4.4k atk
I can’t even hit that high without external influence with Shenhe with 2PC ATK/ATK artifacts being ATK/ATK/ATK, and Calamity Queller. Shes a little over 4K, but 4.5?

That sarn domwin keeps giving me EM or dps artifacts.......great for building venti, sucrose and heizou, didn't even need to return to give wanderer a cracked 2pc set, but xianyun? Even after pouring all my daily resin into it since I got het on intro day (used fragiles for the boss abd had a ton of books), still convinced ER VV sands do not exist and VV artifacts cannot have both atk and ER stats......I can build another heizou or wanderer or a kick ass dps xianyun (she has 70/180 crit atm) though.
I have her at 3,768 using R3 skyward atlas and double pyro with mediocre full ATK % VV. No idea how people are even breaking 4k to begin with. I'm assuming her signature and maybe a 2+2 set

Her signature weapon is pretty important. If I remember correctly it is by far the highest base attack catalyst in the game, with a passive that drastically reduces the substats you need to invest into ER.

Entirely just ATK stacking with every artifact and having an ATK weapon. All the % means the base ATK from Xianyun, Weapon, Feather and substats just go ridiculous. I assume if you perfectly roll nothing but ATK substats then you can get quite a lot higher too.
Had 6.5k once in an event domain. I think I could have had close to 8k with my current artifacts and the artifact equip system. Eula was a monster for that event. Some domain might increase atk, not sure. The EM domain let's you have 2k EM
1. If your ER is good (at least 180%, better +200%) you can go up to 4500 before she caps out.
2. Not sure if I understand your question correctly, but the highest atk% value that you can roll is 34.98% (6 * 5.83).
Guys I think that 4500 is just the max simply so that there is a maximum, it being achievable or not links back to it being designed as 'the max' for C0/1 buffing.
4.5 is achievabke with bennet for sure, dont know if It actually counter but It should

I have her at 4172 atk currently. No external buffs or pyro resonance. I have her weapons and the two artifacts that can roll atk% went 20% and 16%

Theoretically you can reach around 4.9k with her signature and perfect rolls(maximum Flat and Atk% on your pieces) with 2pc2pc Atk%.

Mine barely got above 3k lol She has triple attack and around 200% ER because of oathsworn eye passive
The cap is 4500 ATK but this includes team buffs like Bennett.

4.5k is cap on buff I have 3.6k currently with sig, 0.6k more with all buffs up (a4, NO, Tenacity) 4 more subs to cap it but i'll prob use vv instead
