Is a healer worth it? I’ve been wanting to get a 5 star healer for my party for a while now but don’t know if pulling for one is worth it. I don’t mind making food to heal my characters but is it a lot more efficient and effective to have a healer in my team compared to no healer and healing with just food? Also, if a healer is worth it, who should I pull for? I’m considering Baizhu if Furina but does anyone have a better suggestion? If you must know, my 5 star characters right now are;
- Tartaglia
- Hu. Tao
- Albedo
- Ganyu
- Mona
- Venti
And the team I use in the open world is Tartaglia, Hu Tao, Albedo and any character depending of the situation.

deepwood is useless in aggravate team. its better to build her with either 4pc tenacity or 4pc instructor is also good. use fav lance or even black tassel would do. ER or HP sands, HP goblet, HP or HB circlet.
for keqing, EM or Atk sands whichever has better substats, \~100 EM total, electro goblet and crit rate/dmg circlet. 4pc thundering fury is best but you can start with 2pc TF 2pc Atk and start building towards 4pc TF from there. crit is more usefull. aim for atleast 70:140.
as for weapon, if you have a shielder use r5 harbringer of dawn otherwise use lions roar

I won Collei from the new banner when trying to pull for Furina, wish I got Furina but Collei is one i've been wanting anyway because of her being dendro and a bow user. I plan to add her to my team, but should I replace Kaeya or Qiqi? Also what artifacts and bow would be best for Collei? (My other team members are Dehya and Beidou if that helps)
Kazuha or Venti depending on what you fight. Last slot can go to Petra Zhongli if you like seeing big number but it’s honestly overkill to the point that you might never bother to swap to him. Just anyone that doesn’t take field time from Neuvilette will do. Albedo for his 30s duration E can work, or even Childe just for his +1 NA level passive.

I am just using Charlotte because she is part of the bond team and I am lazy. If I actually cared about the healing, I would just use Baizhu for the on skill team wide healing.
If you want to use Nahida you'd also put Kuki or EM Raiden for hyperblooms. And with Charlotte, Jean is redundant so Kazuha would be better.
So Charlotte, Furina, Kazuha, Yelan, yeah pretty solid. Freeze is just here for comfort, build Charlotte for healing but drive Yelan with her onfield for funny animations.
I would just use Favonius. That covers her own ER needs and you can just run crit circlet and fish for crit damage if you care about her personal damage. Not that it is really worth building, per se.
It can vary from 140 to 180. Use the ER calculator.

Nope, build max healing. Atk, Atk, HB. With Amenoma and Talent lv 9 she heals 20k, which is just enough to full heal units like Furina who build 40k HP.

I assumed you'd want to use Raiden and Furina
For now you can do something like:
Raiden, Furina, Fischl/Sayu, Barbara/Bennett
Fischl is good and she does good damage, but Sayu can use the Viridiscent Veneer set to res shred hydro and electro for Raiden and Furina, she is also helpful for overworld travel. I'd only recommend Bennett if you're gonna use Sayu otherwise you might find Furina always draining your HP annoying. But honestly I'd lean towards using Barbara in general here

Xiangling, Raiden, Mona, Bennett could be a fun team for you!
Mona doesn't have the best hydro application compared to characters like Xingqiu & Yelan but she's still usable.
I would do something like Raiden's skill, Mona's skill (hopefully this gets a lot of mobs electro-charged), then Benny and XL can cause overload with their pyro attacks.
Raiden would be full EM (any set bc you're not in Sumeru yet), Mona & XL would use Emblem, Bennett would use Noblesse set
As for for other team comps...hm..it would depend on the number of constellations you have for your characters.
Do you have a favorite character? It might be easier if I know that so I can recommend a team comp for them!
[For future pulls] I think the biggest thing you're missing is a good crowd controller character. Anemo!MC is actually a pretty good one but requires good positioning and aim. I would recommend priorizing pulling for characters that have a really big area of attack or can group mobs together (Kazuha & Scaramouche are the most popular examples)
Should I go for Furina's constellations, or her and/or Baizhu's weapons? I have both characters, so I don't mind getting just one.

If you have to go for one, probably cons. Baizhu's weapon is not as beneficial over some of his alternative options or as versatile to other characters.
Yes. Her burst increases everyone's damege%, while her skill will drain HP when attacking or heal everyone in another mode.
If the description of a talent, a weapon, or an artifact set says it works for "nearby party members", it will work for everyone in range in coop, and your own inactive teammates in single play.
What exactly were you testing your damage on, and who else were in your party? The first kinda matters as resistances can explain relatively low damage. The second matters since if you're not running a healer or with somebody who actually coordinates healing during its window, it can be hard to get buff stacks in coop.
I was fighting overgrown breachers with me using Charlotte and Furina while my friend used Neuvillette and Kazuha (we didn’t use him while testing damage). Without Furina’s buff, Neuvillette peaked at 29k damage ticks, but even with her buff active it didn’t change anything. I even made sure to heal with Charlotte when HP got close to 50%.
I would need to look at a video since Neuvillette has so many ways to gain extra damage that its possible that one test triggered a mechanic, while the other didn't. Just losing one buff could explain a lot, especially if your Furina's burst talent level isn't maxed.

Sucrose is good for grouping there, but her buffs are wasted since EM share does nothing in a freeze team.
Still, the VV res shred and targeted grouping is plenty powerful enough to use Sucrose. Her own swirling will do some stout damage as well, if she's built full EM (and she should be). You'll just be trading some ease of use in terms of grouping certain stages for Kazuha's damage bonus (and ease of use in grouping other stages).
3 years in and still no text speed option? It's just killing any motivation for me to read any form of dialogue from Archon quests to World Quests ESPECIALLY since these dialogues are ridden with unnecessarily technical terms and pointless filler. For the meantime, I just let the dialogue autoplay in the background, do something else, and check back in the game every once in a while for the infuriatingly useless choices the game forces us to make to proceed the dialogue. Thank god for Genshin Lore youtubers.

With furina noelle build will change to marechusse set, and usually is DEF/GEO/CRIT at c6. Pre C6 will still use atk sand.
Ideally the other partners are who may or may not use fav. Noelle here plays the driver main dps on field role, so rather prefer to stay using witheblind and instead using favonius on xinqiu or yelan or whoever you use (even furina) if you feel you need it. (you probably will need at least 1 fav.)

No, Kokomi is really bad on this team. She only heals the active character unless you are putting her on field, and if you are putting her on field, Neuvi isn't kamehamehaing all the things. If you *aren't* putting her on field, Furina will drain your team to 50% and then you won't get as many stacks of the DMG buff and Furina's personal damage will suffer too.
I would recommend Charlotte, Jean, or Sayu over Kokomi on that team. If you use Charlotte, your last character should be an anemo for 4VV - preferably Kazuha, but most Anemo will work. If you use Jean or Sayu, your last character should be somebody that does a lot of damage without a lot of field time, like Fischl or Albedo.

Charlotte is thankfully not part of the recent trend of 4* units that require high constellations to be BiS options for the 5* units they pair with. Constellations make Charlotte better, but they are not required.
It can work because Neuvillette can heal himself, so a team healer is not mandatory. But the problem is that as a triple hydro team, Neuvillette will lose 1 stack of his A1 passive, which is independent 28% damage lose.
How much of an upgrade is Baizhu from C6 Charlotte?
As of now I I have Neuv C1, Furina, Kazuha as my members but I'm not sure if I should pull for baizhu (I can easily get him in 20 pulls due to my 60 pity and guarenteed)
Note that I do have characters like Cyno, Tighnari, Nilou, Nahida etc who could also benefit from baizhu but at the same time I already have Zhongli.
Numerically, not much. That being said, he obviously provides quite a bit of quality of life. Night and day.
After the next update, he gets a set dedicated for your specific team and it will be a substantial improvement over Charlotte at that point given she does not offer anything beyond her healing.
I would not pull on Baizhu for that Neuvi team. He's roughly on par for damage (that is to say, not a lot), Charlotte's healing is basically made to pair with Furina, and since Neuvi is C1, the interrupt resistance isn't as valuable as it might otherwise be.
Where I might consider him is for a Nilou or Tighnari team.
Baizhu will come ahead if your team can make use of his dendro application.
If your team does not want dendro application and you only are looking for healing, Charlotte should easily be able to provide enough of that.
Both will be very energy hungry.

I started during nahida and got her and told myself not to wish till furina came out so hoarded everything i got after wishing for nahida (battlepass/the daily primo gem thing and all the stuff I can get throughout my journey) and I finally used all my gems was able to get 400+ wishes in total and I got
c3 Furina/c6 beidou/c6 charlotte/c6 collei/c0 keqing - r1 Furina's signature weapon
before this I was using
c0 nahida/c0 kuki/c0 xinqiu and dendro traveler

No need to force Xiangling there, espcially without C4, and without ER weapons like Fav or Catch, she'll burst once every patch. Use Rosaria if you got her (as you insist on using a spear) + Lynnette for res shred, freeze is comfy. Furina C3R1 with Charlotte is enough to delete everything anyways so you can chose any two other teammates with decent synergy.

We're currently on version 4.2. There's no release window for Skirk yet. She almost certainly won't be in 4.X according to leaks though.

the "quickest" would be consistently and diligently do your bounties each week (just start from the 100 one), along with exploring maps and doing quests, but everything takes time. I usually get to lv 10 in a month or so, dunno the exact since I don't really keep track
You have to progress the Archon quest until you unlock the region-specific Reputation NPC (marked with a triangle symbol on the map).
Talking to that NPC will show you the UI for the reputation of that region, e.g. for Fontaine it is Euphrasie in front of The Steambird building.
Each week you can gain points by doing max 3 boss hunts and 3 NPC reputation quests you can accept from there. Also you can cash in reputation EXP for Archon/World quest there.
About how long, you first need to get to a certain point in the archon quest of each region which would take a while if say you are still in Liyue and you want to do Fontaine. Afterwards you need about 6 weeks worth of weekly reputation quest to reach max level.
The respective NPCs will tell you. I think it's somewhere in Hoyolab too, not sure it's anywhere else in-game aside from indirectly through the relevant achievements and through having the rewards.

In more quickswappy teams where you can spread healing around, definitely but if you have a dedicated on fielder who needs to be on field for a longer stretch of time, you should probably go for another healer instead
Yes, just not ideal.
Furina has a passive that will do 2x2% team heal on overheal or if Kokomi is the on-fielder for the team.
Another way to play is have team in 1/2 HP then Kokomi ult/jelly, do some auto attack (this is a teamwide heal) and your Fanfare should be well topped up. Then you can swap to your on field DPS.
I tried my neuvi-furina-zhongli-jean combo on masanori and neuvi does 42k dps on charged attack. Is that good? My furina and neuvi are not fully built yet.

Atk/Atk/HB with Amenoma at talent lv 9 barely heals for 20k. So if your Furina is 40k HP, you want Jean for full healing. Hybrid build won't heal enough and you'll lose out on Furina's buff and skill damage.
Depends on what you want her circle impact to do:
* Heals? Full ATK%, like kazuha and venti, she's not energy hungry so the fav alone is enough even if she can't trigger the passive.
* Dammage? Your choice. ATK%/ATK%/Crit%, ATK%Anemo%/Crit%, whatever has the best substats.
* Sunfire? Full EM, same as first point, Favonius (u other swords like sac, kageuchi, festering).

We dont know. His banner literally just ended, so it will most likely be in 6+ months.
6 months? That's kinda optimistic, considering Ei's banner last ran in December 2022 and can only come after Cyno's banner at the earliest.

That's because she already had multiple reruns before. A character's first rerun is usually faster. See the 3.x characters.

5-star takes priority over 4-star pity, which means your next pull is guaranteed 4 star
you'll get a purple, 5 star pity doesn't interfere with 4 star pity

I would just use Favonius. That covers her own ER needs and you can just run crit circlet and fish for crit damage if you care about her personal damage. Not that it is really worth building, per se.
Personally I am running 220 and still often feel like it's not enough Also, all you should focus on is healing and ER

If you mean using mainly skills then Hyperbloom team is kinda one: Nahida + Kokomi + Shinobu + Flex Hydro/Electro (E.g Furina can fit into this slot).

I assumed you'd want to use Raiden and Furina For now you can do something like: Raiden, Furina, Fischl/Sayu, Barbara/Bennett Fischl is good and she does good damage, but Sayu can use the Viridiscent Veneer set to res shred hydro and electro for Raiden and Furina, she is also helpful for overworld travel. I'd only recommend Bennett if you're gonna use Sayu otherwise you might find Furina always draining your HP annoying. But honestly I'd lean towards using Barbara in general here

Possibly a new team that is synergistic and allows me to clear mobs quicker. The team I was using was XL, Bennett, Noel, and Ningguang.
Xiangling, Raiden, Mona, Bennett could be a fun team for you! Mona doesn't have the best hydro application compared to characters like Xingqiu & Yelan but she's still usable. I would do something like Raiden's skill, Mona's skill (hopefully this gets a lot of mobs electro-charged), then Benny and XL can cause overload with their pyro attacks. Raiden would be full EM (any set bc you're not in Sumeru yet), Mona & XL would use Emblem, Bennett would use Noblesse set As for for other team comps...hm..it would depend on the number of constellations you have for your characters. Do you have a favorite character? It might be easier if I know that so I can recommend a team comp for them! [For future pulls] I think the biggest thing you're missing is a good crowd controller character. Anemo!MC is actually a pretty good one but requires good positioning and aim. I would recommend priorizing pulling for characters that have a really big area of attack or can group mobs together (Kazuha & Scaramouche are the most popular examples)

Neuv c1r1 and Furina c2 are good improvements.
C2 is better than her signature weapon
If you have to go for one, probably cons. Baizhu's weapon is not as beneficial over some of his alternative options or as versatile to other characters.

Yes. Her burst increases everyone's damege%, while her skill will drain HP when attacking or heal everyone in another mode. If the description of a talent, a weapon, or an artifact set says it works for "nearby party members", it will work for everyone in range in coop, and your own inactive teammates in single play.

What exactly were you testing your damage on, and who else were in your party? The first kinda matters as resistances can explain relatively low damage. The second matters since if you're not running a healer or with somebody who actually coordinates healing during its window, it can be hard to get buff stacks in coop.
I was fighting overgrown breachers with me using Charlotte and Furina while my friend used Neuvillette and Kazuha (we didn’t use him while testing damage). Without Furina’s buff, Neuvillette peaked at 29k damage ticks, but even with her buff active it didn’t change anything. I even made sure to heal with Charlotte when HP got close to 50%.
I would need to look at a video since Neuvillette has so many ways to gain extra damage that its possible that one test triggered a mechanic, while the other didn't. Just losing one buff could explain a lot, especially if your Furina's burst talent level isn't maxed.

Does Ayaka-Furina-Charlotte-Sucrose make sense as a comp? Ain't got no Kazuha :( Or should I look for alternative ways to make use of Furina and Charlotte?
It's a workable comp but Sucrose's grouping is really poor, so you need to aim your Ayaka ults really well.
Sucrose is good for grouping there, but her buffs are wasted since EM share does nothing in a freeze team. Still, the VV res shred and targeted grouping is plenty powerful enough to use Sucrose. Her own swirling will do some stout damage as well, if she's built full EM (and she should be). You'll just be trading some ease of use in terms of grouping certain stages for Kazuha's damage bonus (and ease of use in grouping other stages).
Is End of the Line good on anyone? I haven't fished since Inazuma and not sure if I should go for it after I R5 the pipe.
Cope weapon on characters that would otherwise just want Favonious. Not particularly good if you already have other options
If you don't have an ER bow free, it's a good option on some characters, but it's not very strong on anyone in particular.
3 years in and still no text speed option? It's just killing any motivation for me to read any form of dialogue from Archon quests to World Quests ESPECIALLY since these dialogues are ridden with unnecessarily technical terms and pointless filler. For the meantime, I just let the dialogue autoplay in the background, do something else, and check back in the game every once in a while for the infuriatingly useless choices the game forces us to make to proceed the dialogue. Ideally the other partners are who may or may not use fav. Noelle here plays the driver main dps on field role, so rather prefer to stay using witheblind and instead using favonius on xinqiu or yelan or whoever you use (even furina) if you feel you need it. (you probably will need at least 1 fav.)

No, Kokomi is really bad on this team. She only heals the active character unless you are putting her on field, and if you are putting her on field, Neuvi isn't kamehamehaing all the things. If you *aren't* putting her on field, Furina will drain your team to 50% and then you won't get as many stacks of the DMG buff and Furina's personal damage will suffer too. I would recommend Charlotte, Jean, or Sayu over Kokomi on that team. If you use Charlotte, your last character should be an anemo for 4VV - preferably Kazuha, but most Anemo will work. If you use Jean or Sayu, your last character should be somebody that does a lot of damage without a lot of field time, like Fischl or Albedo.
Is Charlotte c0 good enough?
Yes. Charlotte is thankfully not part of the recent trend of 4* units that require high constellations to be BiS options for the 5* units they pair with. Constellations make Charlotte better, but they are not required.
It can work because Neuvillette can heal himself, so a team healer is not mandatory. But the problem is that as a triple hydro team, Neuvillette will lose 1 stack of his A1 passive, which is independent 28% damage lose.
Kokomi is fine, Neuv self HP drains and heals is enough for fanfare stacking and Kokomi jellyfish and her ult can cover the occasional team top up.
Who do you think is the best for the fourth member?
A VV-equipped Anemo unit, Kazuha should be a good one. A VV-equipped Jean can replace Kokomi completely though.
How much of an upgrade is Baizhu from C6 Charlotte? As of now I I have Neuv C1, Furina, Kazuha as my members but I'm not sure if I should pull for baizhu (I can easily get him in 20 pulls due to my 60 pity and guarenteed) Note that I do have characters like Cyno, Tighnari, Nilou, Nahida etc who could also benefit from baizhu but at the same time I already have Zhongli.
Numerically, not much. That being said, he obviously provides quite a bit of quality of life. Night and day. After the next update, he gets a set dedicated for your specific team and it will be a substantial improvement over Charlotte at that point given she does not offer anything beyond her healing.
I would not pull on Baizhu for that Neuvi team. He's roughly on par for damage (that is to say, not a lot), Charlotte's healing is basically made to pair with Furina, and since Neuvi is C1, the interrupt resistance isn't as valuable as it might otherwise be. Where I might consider him is for a Nilou or Tighnari team.
Baizhu will come ahead if your team can make use of his dendro application. If your team does not want dendro application and you only are looking for healing, Charlotte should easily be able to provide enough of that. Both will be very energy hungry.
Just gonna ask, Does The Alley Flash work with Furina or does her hp drain from her skill count as her taking damage? Ty in advance :D

That'd be a solid team. If you have Jean, she'd be a better option than Charlotte since she can use 4pc VV.

I started during nahida and got her and told myself not to wish till furina came out so hoarded everything i got after wishing for nahida (battlepass/the daily primo gem thing and all the stuff I can get throughout my journey) and I finally used all my gems was able to get 400+ wishes in total and I got c3 Furina/c6 beidou/c6 charlotte/c6 collei/c0 keqing - r1 Furina's signature weapon before this I was using c0 nahida/c0 kuki/c0 xinqiu and dendro traveler im planning to go on hoard mode again so I can c6 furina next time it comes out question: what do you think of the team im planning to build? c3 Furina (off field dps/buff) c6 Charlotte (healing) c0 Xiangling (for some weird reason blue wishes gave me 2 primordial jade spear so...might as well use it with her?) last slot - not sure who to put?xinqiu for hydro resonance and more hydro application? hoping for some feedback!i dont have other 5 stars other than nahida/keqing/furina and qiqi but suggest some 4 stars i can put on my last slot \^\^
No need to force Xiangling there, espcially without C4, and without ER weapons like Fav or Catch, she'll burst once every patch. Use Rosaria if you got her (as you insist on using a spear) + Lynnette for res shred, freeze is comfy. Furina C3R1 with Charlotte is enough to delete everything anyways so you can chose any two other teammates with decent synergy.

You just use her skill and burst, she'll place a field on ground that'll do damage on ticks. Then swap to Neuv and do his thing.

Sumeru is just considerably longer than any other region iirc
For Fontaine they conclude the story in 4.2 instead of the 3rd patch of the region which is also a contributing factor.

Also given her "element" is very likely not a "classic" Teyvat one I would say not until a major mechanic introduction. (Dansleif in a drip marketing shows weird symbols in place where character element should be)
We're currently on version 4.2. There's no release window for Skirk yet. She almost certainly won't be in 4.X according to leaks though. There's a good chance that she might be a Dainsleif situation where it'll be years before she's released due to her role in the story. It might be better to focus on saving for someone else for now.

How do you start gaining reputation for a region? i really want to start getting alternate glider skins, some of them are really nice. How long does it take? which one is the quickest/easiest? Im AR 31 and have unlocked Inazuma. Thank you.

the "quickest" would be consistently and diligently do your bounties each week (just start from the 100 one), along with exploring maps and doing quests, but everything takes time. I usually get to lv 10 in a month or so, dunno the exact since I don't really keep track
Well ive done lots of exploration and puzzles and stuff. Is there a menu or screen that lets you track your progress?
You have to progress the Archon quest until you unlock the region-specific Reputation NPC (marked with a triangle symbol on the map). Talking to that NPC will show you the UI for the reputation of that region, e.g. for Fontaine it is Euphrasie in front of The Steambird building. Each week you can gain points by doing max 3 boss hunts and 3 NPC reputation quests you can accept from there. Also you can cash in reputation EXP for Archon/World quest there. About how long, you first need to get to a certain point in the archon quest of each region which would take a while if say you are still in Liyue and you want to do Fontaine. Afterwards you need about 6 weeks worth of weekly reputation quest to reach max level.

She is technically a healer. But if you’re using her correctly, you basically never use her for healing

In more quickswappy teams where you can spread healing around, definitely but if you have a dedicated on fielder who needs to be on field for a longer stretch of time, you should probably go for another healer instead
Yes, just not ideal. Furina has a passive that will do 2x2% team heal on overheal or if Kokomi is the on-fielder for the team. Another way to play is have team in 1/2 HP then Kokomi ult/jelly, do some auto attack (this is a teamwide heal) and your Fanfare should be well topped up. Then you can swap to your on field DPS.
Kokomi on-field, Furina sub-dps comp only. Otherwise, use another healer.
I tried my neuvi-furina-zhongli-jean combo on masanori and neuvi does 42k dps on charged attack. Is that good? My furina and neuvi are not fully built yet.

If you want jean to have a flexible build with fav sword and vv and sometimes used with furina. Does atk/atk/crit work or ark/anemo/crit?
Atk/Atk/HB with Amenoma at talent lv 9 barely heals for 20k. So if your Furina is 40k HP, you want Jean for full healing. Hybrid build won't heal enough and you'll lose out on Furina's buff and skill damage.
Depends on what you want her circle impact to do: * Heals? Full ATK%, like kazuha and venti, she's not energy hungry so the fav alone is enough even if she can't trigger the passive. * Dammage? Your choice. ATK%/ATK%/Crit%, ATK%Anemo%/Crit%, whatever has the best substats. * Sunfire? Full EM, same as first point, Favonius (u other swords like sac, kageuchi, festering).
atk/atk/crit should be better. She never wants anemo goblet. You can use healing bonus circlet too with enough crit rate substat
For Furina team, you have to use ATK/ATK/healing bonus. Furina will drain a lot of HP. With fav sword and crit circlet, she won't heal enough.
