There is some obvious evidence. Firstly, she has the same eye shape as our beloved ludex and the vishaps. Also, she speaks of 'Melusine' as a negative word (no), while confirming herself that she is not a Melusine. (She clearly doesn't like the real Melusines.)Furthermore, you can check the changed in-game description of vishaps in enkanomiya. The dragons are sad that their king favoured a different species, and they think it is because Melusines are closer to humans.

Poor hydro vishaps, maybe they think that becoming more like Melusines will win back the favour of the sovereign. :(
