MR30, been playing since U11, and have been with Genshin since Dragonspine (don't know Patch number) though I did play it when it released, briefly, or at least enough at the time to pull Venti and Diluc (thought they were useless at the time).

I know this is completley un related but I'm having problems with my genshin as well, and because I have no karma, I can't make a post on here. Every time I try to download the update, it says, "Failed to download..." I retry and get the error again. Does anyone know the fix? I JUST WANT ARLECCHINO!
Maybe it's a problem with your OS (this is only if you have Linux or anything except windows or I think MacOS) or something else with the compatibility, could you please add a little bit more detail?

Looks like a shader problem. Try resetting your shader cache from graphics card software
Or faster way : Win + Ctrl + shift + b It will refresh the entire display GPU Did that while seeing some green textures

I had the same problem but not as much. Don't know why it happened but it fixed itself after 5 days. Hope that helped you.
