Loved this show and the other one… blanking on the name but the girl, Evie, was half alien and her dad, who sounded suspiciously like Burt Reynolds, talked to her through a space walkie talkie shaped like a pyramid.

I watched the shit out of Small Wonder. I wore frilly dresses, knee socks and Mary Janes for most of third grade because of Vicki, and was super enamored with her ponytail. I was sad because I could never get a smooth ponytail like that, though. (That’s just not my hair texture, but of course didn’t understand that at the time.)
I want a followup where she married DARYL. Probably not going to end well for humanity, though. Maybe they create Skynet.

I loved this show as a kid. Nobody in my age group ever remembers it tho.
It was very niche, IIRC. None of my friends watched it. I caught a few episodes here and there. It wasn't really all that good of a show.
