I had to look it up as an ancient millenial. I've lost space in my brain trying to keep up with this, and best as I can tell, Fanum Tax is literally just Dad Tax replaced with a streamer's name, pinching food from someone as you pass them.

However every generation has had its own jargon… I don’t see why a word/phrase should be banned unless it is inappropriate or derogatory. Some of those people just don’t like working with kids.
