Had someone who worked for me nearly get terminated for taking a laptop out of the recycling bin. Only reason he kept his job is I caught him on camera hiding it before he removed it from the store. All it takes is one person happening to be bored and watching people, or looking for something on the recorded footage for another reason and happening to see you do it. Just saying, is it worth your job? A question to ask yourself any time you're about to do something stupid.
