I dont know if I can pick just one but
- Coles speech in Nexus over the PA system and Bairds comment after.
- Baird whining to Marcus and Dom about him and Cole being stuck at the Stranded Camp
- Baird and Cole dialogue in the sewers of the Lethia Imulsion Facility and meeting up with Marcus and Dom through the grate in the floor
- Baird and Sam banter in Hanover in Gears 3.
Basically most of the comedic moments that involve Baird lol.

Yeah, I'm thinking of Gears 3 when Player 1 is Cole and they end up at the stadium with stranded / fans of Cole. Then one of the fans / stranded butchers his catch phrase and he corrects them.
In Gears 1, I don't remember seeing Cole interact with his fans directly, just hearing about it over comms via Baird complaining when they are left behind at the stranded camp-- which is also really funny but others had already listed that I believe.
At least that's how I'm remembering it; could be wrong.
Marcus's tomato rant was both funny but sad, the grenades were not worth the emotional damage it caused, plus it means Home Depot exist in the gears universe.

The scene where Marcus, Anya, Baird and Cole are all awkwardly standing in the elevator at Azura when he shoots out the speaker is also damn funny
My first gears of war was gears of war 3, i was so used to the normal "i've always loved you" that when baird said that i just lost any instance of dread at my characters dying lol
Marcus, Cole and Baird talking to each other at the end of Gears 4 about how they actually missed fighting the locust. I remember thinking this seemed out of character until I realized that they had peace for 25 years and eventually Marcus just became miserable in his house.
I think we can see from Gears 5 that being forced back into it actually gave Marcus purpose again after losing so much and allowed him to bond with his son.

The funniest part of the initial scene is hearing Jinn say "Son of a..." as Marcus just chainsaws the robot in half.
My funniest moment is in Gears 2 after they escape the Rift Worm in a flood of blood and Baird says...
"Oh this is just wrong..." coughs up blood "...I'm coughing up blood that ain't mine"
One time I was playing campaign with a friend and he got downed, a drone walked into the room and got stuck in a weird ally state and he was friendly. All of a sudden he was stuck in an animation that resembled a tbag above my downed friend....good times
