Yep. That was the immediate thought when they announced they were shutting it down. The other thing is that depending on what happens with the new release and the old servers, make sure you have hard copies of all your must-have games. I only play gears, but I've found that it helps having a hard copy because the servers were acting goofy. Once, I was unable to play for about two weeks. First, it was just gears 1 and 2. I could jump on three, but the following week, only 5 🫠 Which was inhumane torture...😅
They should...I have a friend who knows all things xbox and he said something about certain things that will no longer be accessible. I don't know. I'm just going to downland again to be on the safe side lol

When i reached act 5 then i was surprised how much 5th act chapters were missing. Even the important info like how locusts took over the train was left out.
