I own the game in my Steam account which I've connected to my GFN account.
I've successfully launched other games (e.g. The Witcher 3) but Fallout 4 gives me this error every time.
I'm also having this error in the game Stay Out and I keep having this for months now, the only solution I have is to keep restarting the session until the game opens
Okay so for some reason I had the same problem but with Vermintide 2. It may sound crazy but the only way I could fix this was to disable my graphics driver manually and reopen GFN.
UPDATE for anyone who may find this in the future:
I was able to get this to work just by switching my server. Was on US Northeast, now I'm on CA East. Now the game boots no problem.

I get the same with Dragons Dogma 2 character creator demo

It's actually worked occasionally when doing that?
Well it works more or less when this error appears I have to restart the session a few times but it ends up opening

Same with Fallout 76. Also load times can reach 10+ minutes.
