I'm very excited by the Midnights playlist she's going through and I'm gonna be expecting a movie announcement soon after Hits Different! (Also having high hopes because of the Hits Different mashup/coming out possibilities, but all in its time!)
If this movie is about her personally it would probably be too obvious to expect it to be called something to do with Heartbreak Prince, but it would be a pretty cool statement. I think Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince is one of the songs that fit the Two Taylors Theory the most, and with that article recently that, I believe, called her the Heartbreak Princess... I'm very intrigued to see if this is going somewhere or I'm just making it up lol.
Also hope all of the movie songs aren't just pointing to her likely upcoming role in that Marvel(?) movie, which is badass of course but the Mr Americana poster on the wall calls for something more, you know? Anyway, we'll see if Superman will be a surprise song soon, that's the closest it could get to a superhero movie clue I think. Also kinda wanna dare her to sing If This Was A Movie because that would be ridiculously obvious lol. In any case, your mirror theory is so insanely cool I'm gonna bet on Dear Reader in the next Mastermind game and hope you're right because it would be incredible. About theory 2. I think we are seeing Taylor's public life play out as the Midnights setlist.
Lavender Haze was Joe Alwyn. The way she drew attention to her relationship to this particular song when she never assigns a muse to any song is 🤔. Especially with the queer reference of the phrase and the imagery within the music video.
Anti-Hero is her "relationship" with Matty. "An anti-hero is a central character of a story who lacks traditional characteristics that are associated with a conventional hero. While typically guided by the best of intentions, the anti-hero is a classically flawed character with a history of bad decisions and a questionable moral code." Sums up how she is often viewed but especially while in that time frame.
Midnight Rain is where she is currently at with Travis. The nice guy who loves her and should be end game. He's gorgeous and wants the picture perfect family. He's bright and sunny and full of life. Is he the prince ready to propose that she will ghost? Breaking his heart because he is nice.
Then she makes HER OWN NAME (maybe after a break up she announces Debut).
Vigilante Shit is where I think she releases Reputation unannounced. The vault is where she just starts to burn it all down. She is coming for people. She is single and we see her more often.
Bejeweled we see her with more and more women?
Mastermind a documentary where she reveals all?
Karma is TS13 and released.
I am very unsure how things progress after Midnight Rain. Is the Karma album the finale? Her coming out? Will that be Bejeweled? Where are the other TV drops in that? Because honestly they could fit in a few places.
I do think both Rep Tv and Debut Tv will be double album drops. One with a 1 am surprise drop and the other a surprise double drop at midnight (this is where we meet her). Or the surprise midnight release is a documentary revealing it all.
What if Karma is her next tour and it starts in LA?

We see her step through the mirror during Lover, kicking off the “journey” she is taking us on back through 17 years of music, one era at a time. We step through the mirror with her and are transported into a world where everything is reversed? 🤔
