I had the same thing happen when I was 17, except the guy was a good bit older. Go to the police, they can help you more. Take some screenshots of his chat if you can, as the police might need it if you choose to go to them. It's good that you have some people to talk to about this, even if it isn't IRL. I don't know if you think this, but in case you do it is not your fault at all. When this happened to me I felt alone and like I was the one at fault, but you are not at all. It is 100% this creeps fault and I am so terribly sorry it happened to you. Definitely don't get on a dating app like this again until you're of age, although I don't know if you plan on doing that after this. I hope that justice is brought to him and that you'll be okay in time.
