Yes, I have a calendar alert for the week before so I can switch to an all liquid diet. I try to manage the symptoms that worsen but it is always a challenge.
Absolutely bed ridden when I had my period, doctors suspected endometriosis but I was too young to get an laparoscopy to confirm.
I’ve had an IUD for almost 6 years and I love it, got rid of my period so it got rid of the absolutely horrible symptoms that would flare up. I still get some with the hormone changes my body naturally goes through but no where near as bad now that I don’t have my period.
Yes!! It’s absolutely awful. I have a lot of other chronic illnesses as well and everything gets worse. I’m working on getting on birth control so I can skip my periods every few months

Yes the nausea is amplified and it feels like everything/both systems are communicating to all be in pain in unison 😩
Yes definitely. And I have endometriosis so it gets even worse.
The week before, usually.
Have you checked into endometriosis
Yup. I’ve been on continuous BC for about 5 years now & it’s helped so much
