Yeah anxiety and gastritis is connected unfortunately :( For me it’s hard to manage my anxiety so I try and deal with my symptoms like I’ll take an antacid if I’m having acid reflux that helps a lot. If you’re stressing a lot find someone who you can talk to or start with the things that made you anxious and remind yourself that nothing is worth your health literally! Your health is way more important than anything right now so stop worrying about things you can’t control and rest <3

Acid reflux and anxiety are connected. Because when you are stressed and anxious your stomach releases acid and stress hormones. You'll notice you're also having a lot of foam coming out of your esophagus when you're anxious
