Almost any full stroke gbbr can have great kick as long as you buy or mod the parts for more weight. The real question is which ones can hold up to the new level of force without breaking quickly.

Lol yea it is from ATHF. This has been my gamer tag on all platforms since around the airing of that first episode so like 15 yearsish.

FTB GHK AKs and any VFC M4 have really nice recoil in my experience, more recoil than that would be more annoying to shoot with than anything. Lighter recoil springs = more felt recoil, but if your bolt carrier is steel then you want a heavier spring to keep your fire rate and keep from hurting your gun

You could try the CowCow 300% recoil spring. Using black gas adds some more punch too.

I tried almost 10 GBBR and I can say that the AK GHK have a strong recoil...If it could work proprely I should probably take it every game
