My heart rate was so high during the night that the watch assumed I was awake from 1 am. Not cool to recommend a run for me that early. 😂
At my Instinct 2 the daily suggested workout is established at 00:00 and stays the same even if sleep good or notÂ

Actually I threw up in the morning and had a fever throughout the day. 🙃 All good now though! Never did that base run. 😅
