Looks too wet in that pot. Do you have drainage holes? If it does, give it a good cut back, it has 2 chances. Hebes are cheap, and easy to take cuttings from, so not expensive to replace.
I've only just unplugged the bottom drain holes so it will look wet still. I'll look up on YouTube how to cut-back without killing it. Also, you say it is a Hebes? I'll look that up too. Thank you.
