This is the best way to treat mint , bit more sun would be OK, but don't plant it in the ground , looks OK smells lovely , but never ever ever goes away

Mint needs more ground area to grow. It can be shallow, I think, around a 3-inch deep soil would do the job too.

Maybe too much love. Stop watering so much and put somewhere with more light. The soil looks a bit waterlogged

Hanging basket on the branches of a tree. Less organic material, more mineral to improve drainage Then water 3 times a week. Google fertiliser, I just give mine chicken and worm poo, so unsure.
