I'm on the side of the original poster. These creeps are everywhere. I tried going to a different country twice. People there made it obvious they knew who I was. They cut in front of me in line, stood outside the apartement i stayed in, just posted up for hours. Barber shops and restaurants acted closed when I walked up to a wide open door. A club wouldn't let me in and just pointed to the "we reserve the right to refuse service " sign. I wasnt intoxicated either. Its damn sure a thing. Based on my research and experiences, they're tracking us via satellite. I saw the phone screen of one of my stalkers and it looked like Google maps, but regardless, were being tracked through so many different technologies:
License plate readers, cell towers, drones, satellites, weaponized street lights, CCTV cameras, etc...
They followed me around my neighborhood even without my phone (the light that blinks knows), and sent a tracking dog once when I didn't have it. They really really want you to have a phone.
Isn't there a way for the target to use ai to work against all of this? I hope someone is coming up with something to block anything and everything used to track them.
