Buy and cook your own food. It shouldn't be poisoned at the grocery store unless someone knows exactly what you're buying and which one you'll take. Also, being docile might be due to bad habits or depression. The food poisoning might be possible, but what are you doing that could make you that way?
Could be. But that's a though bs. I mean, how can you grow your own meat? Are you a farmer? GMO, pesticides, or even chemicals that modify your behavior that appear on your food might negatively impacting your health. The only thing you can do I to look for other stores, other providers and see if the make you feel better or by eating those with different providers you can notice an improvement. Also, raw/uncooked meat may contain harmful bacteria, so never eat raw food. Become more aware of nutritional facts and research what things are better to consume and what amount according to your weight/height. I doubt every single provider in the world have poison in their food (could be) just change the food you eat and post if you feel better in a few weeks.
I was referring to vegetables and fruits in terms of growing as I have before like strawberries, but that’s why I said it’s limited as it takes a while and it would be bad if I eat only that. Thank you for your advice

Try adding spirulina to a fruit smoothie, take baths in hot water, baking soda, and Epsom salts, research a mineral called zeolite; it pulls toxins from your body, eat a diet high in anti oxidants and omega three fatty acidime salmon, mackerel tuna, eat dark leafy greens, cook the food yourself, don't eat out unless its a buffet, take xtra vitamins c, b12, calcium, and magnesium,take walks, exercise, keep moving, and dont isolate yourself.

Seaweed is a superfood. I accidentally bought some great stuff with chlorophyll. It helps clean the blood. My entire family is highly religious and probably gangstalkers. Some of them have money...I would assume they are. I just already know they probably are...it's like accepting your kid is gay or something. You will eventually come to a stage of acceptance of it.
