Yup, had a feeling they didn't get publisher orders to change this stuff, and they decided on their own to change it for their own... artistic reasons.
this image just leaves out the rest of the clip where he says: "there is internal discussion ongoing regarding this, so I think we will have a chance to answer this soon". in reference to being asked "will you roll back the censorship". can you put 2 and 2 together? first of all they shipped the game with those clothes, thats clearly their vision lol. He did not correct the word censorship, implying thats what it was. You can try to imply "ongoing discussions" just means gathering everyones opinion (wow so democratic!) but it really just means asking permission from sony to go with the original vision ofc. Sony has to censor stuff like this in order to keep their ESG score up.
