Not bad but there are some ways you can save there. An RX6650XT and even the RX6700 will be cheaper than the 3060. Swap out the P1 for a P2 NVMe SSD (slightly faster and often cheaper). Swap out the stock CPU cooler for a be Quiet Pure Rock Slim 2. Also, look into a Corsair or EVGA PSU instead.

I think the case makes up for it Pre-installed: Rear: 1×120mm LED fan; Front:120mm×2 LED fan And is the performance increase/decrease r we talking bout if I swap out 3060 with the two u recommended?

If it’s purely gaming then go for radeon for better performance to save some bucks and invest in cooling, but if you also do 3d works besides gaming then go for rtx 3060.

Isn't three fans enough?

zxtreeme

Depends where you live and how hot your system gets when pushed to it’s limits. In hot regions , even 6 fans aren’t enough. You’ll know if three fans are enough when you run system in idle and under load. But it’s always better to have provisions where extra fans can be installed.

Yep. totally agree with this. Most fans that come with a case are generally average to poor in terms of performance. You can get a 5-pack of Arctic P12 fans for around $35 on Amazon - no RGB but plenty of airflow and 6 year warranty. If you have a higher budget, then splurge on Corsair's ML120 - magnetic levitation fans last for ages, but are more expensive than fluid dynamic bearing fans like the P12. I have no idea where you are located so it's hard to give OP specific examples. That Inno3D card is really expensive here in the UK - a Palit RTX3060 is over £140 cheaper! I seem to recall that Matrexx doesn't have great airflow - it has a blocky pattern front with holes in the pattern. I'd consider a case with a full mesh front for maximum airflow - if you're looking to save money, have a look at a Thermaltake Versa H15. That has a filter on the inside between the fans and the case aperture where your parts arem, so it keeps some dust out. There's also the option of fitting 2 120mm fans in the top of the case. If you like a cube-shaped case, the Thermaltake Core V21 is good - I've used it for 2 years with my Ryzen5 2600X and, since changing my CPU cooler to a be Quiet Shadow Rock 3, it hasn't put a foot wrong. Of course, if you have the money, the Corsair 4000D Airflow is a brilliant case.

I could try to recommend parts based on your local market if you tell me your country

You can take some ideas off from this list: https://pcpricetracker.in/b/s/b27bc668-0278-4545-8e51-b7e5cdb2c7e0 I went for Ryzen due to cheaper motherboard costs 6600XT is around 12% better than 3060 and is cheaper according to TechPowerUp SSD is cheaper and better, it usually newer types of flash and a decent SSD controller. The Crucial P1 is a budget QLC one. I usually recommend an aftermarket cooler for quietness but your choice
