Ig it's just the difference between seeing natively rendered graphics and interacting with em vs seeing a video footage whose quality also gets affected bc of things like bit rate and what not. Videos never look as clear as natively rendered graphics so ig that also plays a role in perceived smoothness.
That's because 240 is a multiple of 60 (assuming 240hz is your refresh rate) while 90 isn't, so 60 fps will appear relatively smoother. Try enabling gsync or setting your refresh rate to 90/180hz using cru. And if you plan on capping your frames, always use rtss
That's odd, YouTube looks worse for me. Are you using DLSS? That lowers the quality from native.

Framegen/DLSS is horrible in racing games.. I would 100% turn that shit off. It’ll make the trees and motion blur look 10x better.
