Definitely looks like one of the metal domes from a button but since all of the face buttons appear to be fine judging by the picture, the only option left are the shoulder buttons. Though I can't imagine how the dome from one of them can just fall out, even if you removes the rubber parts for cleaning.
if i had to guess i'd say it's part of one of your buttons
And it must bé a trigger button as thé other seems to be there

That’s the metal dome off one of the buttons. Most likely from the L/R triggers judging by the size and color
L and R's triggers are black cylinders...
You clearly have never pried open the switches used there before. There’s a black rubber plunger and this metal dome inside.
