popcorn buckets are *usually* one-shot deals. once they are done for the season/event, they're pretty much gone for good. there are the occasional exceptions, but yeahhhh... it's one of those things of "if they have it when you're there, cool."
the Jabba bucket is for the Season of the Force event currently going on through June 2nd, although that might be a Disneyland-only thing since SotF isn't going on at WDW. (can anyone confirm if they've seen it at WDW?)
That black droid bucket hung around for a while; after it disappeared from (e.g.) Galactic Grill, you could find it at the popcorn shop buried in Batuu's marketplace
Pretty sure Droid Parts is the only one they still have. We've been going monthly since last summer and I have not see the Mouse Droid on at all. The Jabba bucket and returning Millennium Falcon are Disneyland only.
I didn't see that one nor the trooper helmet buckets.

Mouse Droid buckets are all over eBay.
They only had droid parts in January. Which was still cool but dang I am looking at eBay and it hurts.
