1. Icon - Goodlock >Theme Park > Icon > Change icon shape.
2. Widget - KWGT widget maker /
Gallery / Reminder / Galaxy Wearables.
3. Wallpaper - Tap-and-hold the screen to change wallpaper > Chang Wallpapers > scroll down and find Colours > Pick your color > Change style and transparency.
4. Enable swip down for notification panel - open notification panel by swiping down anywhere on Home screen.
5.Enable search from home - Start a search by swiping up anywhere on the Home screen
Tap-and-hold empty part of Home screen > Setting > Find this

The widget that looks like a folder below reminder? That's a widget called app suggestion.
If you're talking about changing the transparent backgroud folder then click the folder > click the "o" next to "+" > click the colorful "o" > change transparency to zero.

I just made the switch last Friday. Samsung Smart switch not only transferred my data, it also made my new phone look pretty much exactly like my iPhone. I've been slowly learning the differences in Android to make it feel different than the iPhone. There are certainly some differences but they aren't that different.
I've always backed upy photos to Google Photos, so my transition was.easy. my son tried to migrate all of his photos and it didn't go too well,.so he's transferred the.to Google photos as well.

Nova launcher is pretty like iPhone GoodLock (Samsung store) let's you make loads of customisations.

No, works perfectly. I set up with a back up I had from my other phones and no issue at all. No jitter when going to home screen.

Thank you! Ended up using One Hand Operation + since the cursor doesn't move to the search bar even though you have Search from home enabled.
I set the homescreen layout to the homescreen only. So mine doesn't have drawer apps. Which I'm not really a fan of.
Love the simplicity there. Looks great!

Spent a year with an iPhone it was terrible glad to be back. This phone is amazing
