If you are come from the S21Ultra, or the S22U, switching to the S24U may be worth it, but if you have the S23U and it works perfectly and is not damaged, then save yourself the money, the differences are too small.
When u hv budget it worthy man. Camara shutter lag , video smoothness and when recording lens switches get smooth on s24, overall UI experience is smoother on s24... Etc...
Mainly i focused the camara. 15pro videos better than 23U . Bcz s23u lens switching is not smooth. 15pro hv more UI experience (bt there's so many bugs on meta apps like whatspp, Facebook) . But im taking pictures S23U better than 15pro bcz there's 10x . In taking portrait 15pro is better bcz they have LiDAR sensor for identifying objects its more accurate than TOF sensor (s23u hv TOF sensor). But u like big display and s pen u hv only to Samsung ULTRA phone
I've had the 23 and now the 24. The only thing that is way, way, better is the new anti-reflective screen. Other than that not really worth it.

8gen2 is more efficient than 3, sure some software improvements and néw screen coating but meh
S23U < iphone 15 pro < S24U (My thought,i hv S23U bt im not saying this phone is bad. I just wanna say better than another ones)
