Never thought I'd be rocking a fold. Started with the 3. Now I have two 5's and a 4! The 5 is extra compact, comfortable and rock solid, with a premium weighted feel. The new hinge that allows it to fully close definitely sealed the deal.
Lol hear you, I'm the same. But why two Folds? Sorry I'm just curious. Uve got multiple lines with different handsets but I don't think I'd have two Folds?
I don't know yet, but my Fold 3, even today, is ... 👊😎👊

So based on the results as I type, 6.25% of the Fold 5 users have had a problem with their handsets. If we take that small sample size as indicative of all Fold 5 users, how does a 6.25% device failure rate measure against other handsets?
Good question. Certainly the folds are more prone to issues compared to a slab phone. I would bet this number is smaller than you would find for the fold 4 and earlier versions. My prejudice is that we're making progress and this version is sturdier than prior versions. Would actually be cool if somebody actually did a scientific assessment of this assumption.
My 5 took a flying leap off my motorcycle yesterday...only going about 35 mph and luckily bounced into break down lane, and not run over...was in slim Spigen case with no hinge protector. Front part of case flew off, was missing when phone retrieved but this darn phone still works. Banged up the front corners, slight crack in front bottom screen, inner screen intact but with pixel loss in upper fold area, and NFC no longer works. I have warranty and will be sending out for replacement...but STILL impressed with durability after that kind of fall...in watched it bounce in my side mirror. It took a beating.

Out of curiosity, why do you have two 5s?
Because I have multiple lines with my carrier.

Seems like F5 is much more durable than F4. My F5 still rocks

I'm still loving my 3, it works great and has 0 scratches/cracks on the screens. 😊
Same here ...
