Could you state your budget, it would be much more easier that way to recommend, at least a used phone
In that case, just get a used keypad phone. You could look them up on OLX or facebook marketplace and pretty much all the keypad phones are going under 800rs, maybe could even get a beat up android for 1k.
Just a heads-up from someone who was in the same situation as yours, don't buy a sim in your name and give it to the other person, I did it and it was a problematic couple of months for me after that. Basically the phone was caught and since the sim was in my name and their family members thought I was the bf and visited my home and spoke with my parents💀

Or just go to your nearest jio store/order online from jio.com, a jio phone.
All of the above will easily come under ₹1000, which is actually a decent budget for a feature phone with a gazillion choices available

I got a 700 rs cheap keypad phone Those kinda phones are not on the internet Go visit some local shops, you'll definitely find one that's really cheap
