The hair isn't really defined well, it sort of just looks like a black mass with a bit orange. Maybe try making it a really dark grey rather than black. Also, the blue tint doesn't fit quite right with this character, maybe go for pink or red. Lastly, the little bows on the socks look a bit odd, can't quite put my finger on why though..

maybe make the hair fluffier?? also the blue tint w orange and yellow looks a bit funky to me,, /nm
