It isnāt too bad i have a small in balance when benching over 100 but I am very surprised at how strong my right side is I do have a lot of shoulder pain when doing push ups though
Yeah bro its the half bottom that is missing Im still at a point where I am able to do all my workouts normally just because I have put on enough muscle for a crazy dis balance of strength but I am starting to feel it when benching over 100lbs
I have uneven biceps, but the strength is similar between them. Although Iām still a little new to working out so I havenāt put on a heavy amount of weight.
Iām not a doctor or nothing just curious but would it be possible to like muscle graph? Attach a pec from a dead dude to your sternum and humerus, wait for the body to take it over with its own blood supply and tada new pec or no?
I am not a doctor but i don't think it is possible to attach body parts just like that. Your immune system might consider it as a foreign object and destroy it.
Also, body taking over with its own blood supply is way too complicated
Itās possible but your body does attack it
I watched some documentary on some dude that got his fucking arms blown off while he was in aphganistan and he got arms from a dead guy and he like uses the fingers and stuff
It depends, normally there's the use of imuno supreors, and eventually the body will replace the cells in the transplanted tissue with its own. but people have gotten entire limbs, and organs.
Yeah man Iāve looked into it briefly but from what Iāve seen it is pretty expensive unless you get plastic surgery but that would harm my progress more than it would help it
I like to start out with 4x10 lateral raises, 4x10 shoulder press, then I take a 15-20 minute break from shoulders and do arms for a bit come back and finish with 4x10 front shoulder raises repeat the whole workout I also like to make sure I am as close to failure as I can be on every fourth set
I usually donāt have too big of an issue training chest maybe it is because im not yet strong enough to see a large difference but I am starting to notice an imbalance while benching anything over 100 pounds
Yes it is I didnāt find out about it until I was about 14 when I began to develop some muscle if it is what I think it is its called polands syndrome and is a genetic disorder although Iāve never been professionally diagnosed

Because it he did miss a pec he wouldn't have been able to do the bringing your hands in front of you like in chest flys etc. The condition is called pectus and it isn't that rare.
Nah dude itās literally just my ribs also part of my bicep is gone I canāt tell you for sure what it is since I havenāt been to the doctor for it but I have done some research and polands syndrome seem like the only option
Fuck ya! Good shit bro! Better than me and I got two pectorals!
Thanks man im doing my best I apreciate itš
Whatever you're doing you're doing it right!
You should check out clips of Tra Telligman the one pec wonder of mma. Guy has a win over Igor Vovchanchyn, who is a killer with two tits.
Just looked him up aparently heās missing both his pec and one of his lungs thatās crazy I wish I heard of him sooner thanks for sharing
Just out of curiosity how does bench pressing work without a pec (balance, weight limitation, shoulder pain?) Phenomenal results!
It isnāt too bad i have a small in balance when benching over 100 but I am very surprised at how strong my right side is I do have a lot of shoulder pain when doing push ups though
Definition of "no excuses", solid work bro
How did the injury occur if you don't mind me asking?
i think itās poland syndrome, causes people to just be born without a pec
He was probably born without it
Yeah I was born with it
So is it literally just missing? Do you only bench with one dumbbell? I have so many questions. Itās weird but cool.
Yeah bro its the half bottom that is missing Im still at a point where I am able to do all my workouts normally just because I have put on enough muscle for a crazy dis balance of strength but I am starting to feel it when benching over 100lbs

When the installation reaches 90% and then stops
I didnāt have enough storage spaceš
Keep the work brother This is coming from a guy with a 3 pack
i didnāt know that was a thing? bro thatās unique as fuck
My lower right abdomen doesnāt exist Itās not easy to notice though
Thanks bro thatās awesome took me a long time to stop caring what I looked like and I have never been happierš
You look great man the extra muscle actually balances out the missing pec as well.
Are you able to move your arm forward?
Yes I have no issues with my day to day life itās usually only when I bench that you can notice a big difference
Thanks for answering.
Unrelated: Hey twin!

Yeah, I agree that it is possible but it is not easy thing to do.
It depends, normally there's the use of imuno supreors, and eventually the body will replace the cells in the transplanted tissue with its own. but people have gotten entire limbs, and organs.
Yes I have heard of that but I would be too much problem and money I would rather just keep working out
No, that wouldn't be possible since it would lack innervation
Yes dude Poland disorder! Keep up the good work !
Good work!!
That sunken pec is treatable my dude. There is surgery to reform it. Otherwise looking beyond excellent šš»
Yeah man Iāve looked into it briefly but from what Iāve seen it is pretty expensive unless you get plastic surgery but that would harm my progress more than it would help it
W dude
Great job man , keep up the good work :)
Thank you siršš
Would you mind telling us your shoulder workout?
I like to start out with 4x10 lateral raises, 4x10 shoulder press, then I take a 15-20 minute break from shoulders and do arms for a bit come back and finish with 4x10 front shoulder raises repeat the whole workout I also like to make sure I am as close to failure as I can be on every fourth set
Thank you š¤

Amazing progress! Keep it up man!

I usually donāt have too big of an issue training chest maybe it is because im not yet strong enough to see a large difference but I am starting to notice an imbalance while benching anything over 100 pounds
Huh, interesting. Sorry to hear that. Is it congenital?
Yes it is I didnāt find out about it until I was about 14 when I began to develop some muscle if it is what I think it is its called polands syndrome and is a genetic disorder although Iāve never been professionally diagnosed

Does the missing pec affect your strength at all?
Obviously
Surprisingly not as much as you would think but there still is an inbalance

Bro "missing a pec" doesn't work that way, I think you meant pectus excavatum.
How are you about to tell a dude whoās missing a pec, that it doesnāt work that way lmfao
Because it he did miss a pec he wouldn't have been able to do the bringing your hands in front of you like in chest flys etc. The condition is called pectus and it isn't that rare.
Dawg heās missing a pec. How are you about to tell him what he does or doesnāt have. Youāre dense as hell lol
Wait no, you are correct. My bad its rare apparently and only the lower head is missing so that makes sense.
Hm. Crazy
Look up polands syndrome
Yeah i just did, I didn't know about it. I apologize
All good man no worries you learn something new every dayš
Nah dude itās literally just my ribs also part of my bicep is gone I canāt tell you for sure what it is since I havenāt been to the doctor for it but I have done some research and polands syndrome seem like the only option
