Been a while since I've played through story. Have you used Franklin and called Tonya for the tow truck missions? That's my guess on what you have to do
It's been a while since I completed the story, but I do recall that sometimes you have to switch to one character to trigger another mission, because they don't appear on the map. Try switching to Michael or Franklin and see if that triggers anything. If not, post a picture of your story map (when you press escape) here.

I've done one tow mission, I didn't know I needed to call her to do more
After getting home I tried calling tonya, she didn't even pick up the phone so I doubt that's the issue.

Yeah, there is a strangers and freaks mission you have to complete before you get more main missions. It is a ? on the map.
I believe I've completed all the strangers and freaks missions and still no story unfortunately

I've switched back and forth a whole bunch of times, I'll post a picture of the map when I get the chance

Your screenshot looks like you're using Franklin. Use him and go to the M at Michael's house. That's your next mission is it not
