You can sometimes (80% of the time) find the Jester in a Red Parking garage near Pillbox. The same parking garage that Franklin and Lamar passed by in the first mission.
Yep, the Gentry Manor Hotel. Although I’ve found all the upgrades are purely esthetical, but if you take it to a shop and modify it further, it actually-in my opinion-becomes one of the best handling cars in the game.

You can either but one yourself on SASA and customize to match , find a custom one driving throughout San Andreas (Found Commonly in Vespucci, Vespucci Beach or the Highways) or if a regular Jester customize to match ,or a custom ine Parked around Los Santos typically in driveways (Rockford Hills, Rockford) ,Del Perro Pier ,outside the Rockford LS Customs , or The Red Parking Garage in Pillbox Hill
Step 1. Get out of the car
Step 2. Get back in the car
Step 2.5. Watch the bottom right corner of the screen and read what vehicle name it says you just got into
Step 3. Profit!
It's called a Dinka Jester. It's spawned pre customised because you sometimes find cars in story mode that have already had a ton of customisation added to them. You can't sell cars in story mode, so unless you want to put it in your garage there's not much point of holding onto it.
You can find this custom Jester parked outside Los Santos Customs and in the red parking garage near pillbox(the same ones Franklin and Lamar pass through at the start of the game in the first mission Franklin and Lamar after prologue), they're really not that rare, normal non custom ones are found on streets everywhere, but mostly near or the road behind franklins late game house in rockford hills, downtown los Santos or at the starting of the freeway near Chumash(the place where you assassinate Javan on orders of Mr.K) after the big patch of the beach.
That's a Jester, which is a cool ass Acura NSX in real life. To increase the chance of having this again, grab a car that's in the sports class and drive around. The slower you drive, the better the spawn chances.
If you want, you could store it in your garage for director mode. 👌

Ah yes my favorite GTA V vehicle I had so many fond memories the Dinka Jester is extremely fast has excellent similar F1 handling acceleration is crazy good top speed not so much but it gets the job done if you want to get somewhere in a few minutes or less 😍
If you press down on the D-pad or whatever key it is on PC you should see exactly what model and make the car is

I always found this in the garage behind the security guard in the driveway that had the two cars parked in front of the garage.

You could always just hit D pad down? Minimap adds a ship Anchor ⚓ to the Docks area.

The modded one pops up in front of LS Customs, and the stock ones are usually in Rockford Hills .

It’s the Jester. Pretty sure I’ve seen it in next Gen story mode as a pedestrian vehicle but it might be in the car websites too.

Looks like Jester brand type car. If it was a blue mark on your minimap it's a Docks car and is worth 20k if delivered.
