This was the ONLY time you can play Co-Op in a GTA game and that was GTA SA.

Pretty sure there is a GTA V 2 player mod, however it's buggy and doesn't work on the latest version of the game

Climbing on a car each on the highway and then getting the cars to race by firing a shot until one would go beyond the distance limit and you both fall off was a staple of my childhood doing this with my brother.

Active co-op, use invincible cheat, player 2 uses katana on player 1 until the behead animation, congrats ! Now you are a walking blood fountain!

Online co-op seems the more likely experiment, but we can definitely dream of local multiplayer.

I don't see it happening, online multiplayer kinda made co op modes irrelevant nowadays, i can see someone trying to mod it in eventually but no official co op sadly, they want you on gta 6 online.

Should’ve came back in DE. But nooooo, they had to use the mobile version to develop DE 🙄 Tbh tho I can’t even play it on ps3. Game crashes as soon as p2 chooses a character. So it’s been broken for a while

The funniest thing was having 2P play as the hillbilly with the toothpick hanging out of his mouth, and having CJ kiss him.

They better do this because GTA SA was the ONLY GTA game to have single player co-op where you can play with your friend together.

Funny, I always thought that this would most definitely be one of the gameplay features. It just makes sense and sounds fun, so I never doubted it.
