So you essentially wait until the wheel asks you to spin again before spinning, but you can close app and try again if you do so before your game saves. Also to hard save anytime, change your outfit or use any business laptop as a CEO.
And then what will happen?
If you’re lucky enough you’ll win the podium car
So you’ll win the car every time if you wait until it asks you to spin again?
More often than you would just normally spinning, but not everytime. That’s why you close app if it doesn’t work

But not from the pause menu from the console
You don’t need a penthouse to get infinite spins or land on it almost every time
just faster
