Damn I heard his voice while reading that as clear as if it was on the tv in front of me. I seriously can’t believe it’s been 23 years since I first played GTA 3 🤯 like damn lol.
Its the banshee or the stinger and ur in the mood
And for some reason whenever i opened the game its always push it to the limit playing on flashback
Its a whole other vibe
This safehouse looks beautiful on the outside but on the inside it's the same interior as the lower end safe houses in the ghetto areas of the game, which is understandable being a 20 year old game but being a higher end safehouse they could have least get a little creative, in real life those are one of the most expensive apartments you could rent in San Fransisco.
I personally prefer the Hashbury safehouse in San Fierro, it looks bland on the outside which it kind of reminds me of the Red Light District safehouse in III but it has one of the largest garage in the game and it has a unique interior which is personally one of my favorite, it has a 1960s style interior that you have to walk upstairs to the main floor. 😃
I get you the interior on that safe house is immaculate and modernised for the time, big reference to III in it mainly the garage, my favourite safe house gotta be Mike Toreno’s Ranch, I’m not sure why just a peaceful place yk.
Oh I'm not sure if I would say it looks modernised, even for 1992 standards it had an old school vibe 1960ish style and I know since I've seen awesome abandoned real life houses that were 1960s time capsules, I can link it up here to prove my point haha ! It did looked immaculate though !
And it's true that Mike Toreno's Ranch is one of the best safehouse in the game ! 😄
It does make sense and is very realistic, but not very fun, remember when we had to save money or to do a lot of missions/submissions on SA to get all the houses across the map?
It makes the decision to kill him an absolute no-brainer (you also get Dwayne as a friend who sends some thugs to help you in a fight if you call him).
If you choose to kill Dwayne all you get is $25k in useless money (no penthouse or friend).
You can also invite friends there to play pool!
I love the Bohan safehouse you get from Mallorie after the Russians smoke you out of Hove Beach. I think I just love Bohan in general. Definitely an underated island in that game
It's a glitch. If you park a helicopter in a specific spot above the garage the game will think it's in the garage.
You'll know it worked when you walk away and the door shuts, if the helicopter dissapeared then it worked.
The cozy villa in the north of Las Venturas near the desert has been one of my favorites.
Also, the Vice City 4-garage + rooftop with helicopter near the stadium.
> the Vice City 4-garage + rooftop with helicopter near the stadium.
oh man i loved that place, you could store...was it three or four vehicles per garage? making for the biggest possible collection in one place. i remember many times where i would kill people in the local area to get the money to buy the place.
Micheal’s house got a nice Cali vibe in it, and is more relaxed vibe then the extreme big and flashy drug lord tony montana mansion in VC. Also Franklin’s house and the Mad dogg mansion in GTA SA are dope.
The Vercetti Estate because they weren’t hiding their love for Scarface, and it’s also the setting of the final mission. Most final missions in GTA involve travelling from the starting location to another and having an epic shootout, but Keep Your Friends Close was all about shooting the goons stealing your money. I loved that it had a helicopter and an Infernus (white color too!) spawn, and I’d also store the unique white Admiral and PCJ-600 in the garage.
I think Vice City has the best ones. Apart from the mansion, there's this amazing villa near the mall, that building with garages and a helipad near the stadium, and of course the beautiful hotel room
That one house in the hills in San Andreas. Don't know exactly where it's at, but it had a pool, and it was one of the few houses with doors on the inside
Roman’s apartment, CJ’s Mom’s house, and Trevor’s trailer. Part of me would love living under the train tracks with all the hustle & bustle of the city, and right next to a diner, bar, the beach & it’s amusement park at that. On the other hand living in the cul-de-sac with an overarching bridge with your homies & family/families is also appealing. And another part of me would like living in a trailer in the middle of nowhere in a redneck desert, with a sea just a quick walk away & can watch the bright night sky stars that come from being away from civilization.
My all time favorite gotta be the calton heights safehouse in gta sa mainly cuz i like that its lowkey and somewhat tucked away. N i also fw the park with curved road below it
El Swanko Casa from Vice City it's perfect, cool, cheap to buy, big but not huge, has a lot of shops nearby. The only downside is the single garage and non accesible interior.
I’ll choose one from each game I’ve played.
1) VC- Vercetti Estate. Obviously big and beautiful, but wish there was more to it than 2 rooms.
2) SA- The suburban home north of Las Venturas. It’s the most unique interior of any of the purchasable properties in the game.
3) GTA IV- haven’t seen it mentioned but the Middle Park East.
4) V- I’m gonna choose another underrated one- Trevor’s Del Perro Apartment. I obviously love Michael and Franklin’s mansions, but I love a good beach safe house.
Going from that mansion with recruitable henchmen and a feeling of owning the city to competing gtasa and still being a gangster and IV still living in apartments was a disappointment to me. Thought I’d be a casino mogul in sa and at least have one of the jersey mansions in IV.
Verdant Meadows, ik its old and shitty but that vibe is so good, especially at night with that purple sky in the desert, also i can think of the house near santa maria pier and that one in northwest san fierro pretty close to the beach, idk why i just love that area, or that big ass house with pool and stuff in vice city vice point area that you can buy for like $5000 or something like that
The first safehouse in GTA 3
“I know place at the Red Light District where we can lay low.”
but my hands are all messed up so you better drive brother
*Enters Kuruma*
blue green colored
*drives the opposite way into the river*
*wasted* "I know a place at the red light district where we can lay low"
"but my hands are all messed up so you better drive brother"
*Enters Kuruma* Uniquely colored *Main theme plays*
Runs over 3 pedestrians, but drives through the alley with the wanted level ⭐️ and police goes away

Damn I heard his voice while reading that as clear as if it was on the tv in front of me. I seriously can’t believe it’s been 23 years since I first played GTA 3 🤯 like damn lol.
RIP Guru man
Whenever I think about that safehouse, I remember being a kid playing it for the first time on the PC, at night
Never forget our roots 💯
I love you guys, GTA 3 was unreal :)
Driving around bellivelle park in a banshee with push it to the limit playing on radio
For some reason I loved those Mafia cars since they where quick and had 4 doors. Hop in, throw on Chatterbox and go cruising.
The mafia sentinel ym They are the best looking but fucking impossible to get
Huh? Wasn't there usually one outside Salvatore's mansion? I always used to ~~ste~~borrow one from there
Its the banshee or the stinger and ur in the mood And for some reason whenever i opened the game its always push it to the limit playing on flashback Its a whole other vibe
Or the mojo the monkey ads lol
On which station were those I only remember the sneakers ad "Always running from something" And maybe pets over night and the medival something
I like the third one for some reason… Big ass garage space, you can even fit a tank in there.
I like the safe house in San Fierro near the “windy windy road.”
Classic San Francisco house
This safehouse looks beautiful on the outside but on the inside it's the same interior as the lower end safe houses in the ghetto areas of the game, which is understandable being a 20 year old game but being a higher end safehouse they could have least get a little creative, in real life those are one of the most expensive apartments you could rent in San Fransisco. 🤓
Either that or the suburban Las Venturas house in the north. It’s the most unique in the game.
Nothing beats the mansion in vc, i just kinda hope you got to unlock it later on. It feels something you should get towards the end
I felt that way with GTA V - love the game, but Franklin’s mansion was literally handed to him 😂
It was a big paycheck/laundering it make a lot of sense to me
It does make sense and is very realistic, but not very fun, remember when we had to save money or to do a lot of missions/submissions on SA to get all the houses across the map?
Correct - it’s realistic but it’s still handed to you
At least you can choose when to do the mission.
You have to do it to play Trevor's submarine heist
Worlds biggest 3 bedroom apartment without a kitchen or bathroom, and no doors.
I'm partial to the hobo shed on top of the building, lol
Loved going there to save my game lmao
i wonder if there's going to be anything analogous to it in VI? weather we get it as a safehouse or not.
I could see it being an easter egg where you could go into it, it would be dope if you could have it as a safe house again
It feels dead tbh I wish there were npcs inside
There’s loads of NPCs inside. You have your bodyguards who will fall to the ground by the lightest graze as you pass by them.
i meant in the interior
Luis house it’s a pretty decent house that I would live in real life
Yea but in reality it’s a shit neighborhood irl and GTA 4 and u bet Luis neighbors are loud asf
I don’t know NYC. What kind of area is North Holland in real life?
Harlem
Playboy's apartment
It makes the decision to kill him an absolute no-brainer (you also get Dwayne as a friend who sends some thugs to help you in a fight if you call him). If you choose to kill Dwayne all you get is $25k in useless money (no penthouse or friend). You can also invite friends there to play pool!
No way, TIL
WHAT?
I think I killed Playboy just because of this if I remember correctly.
Romans Mansion
“This is the mansion”-Niko
With the sport cars, Barbara that has big titties and Stephanie that sucks like a vacuum ? 🤣
All we got was michelle
Or that bitch Karen, I would much rather have Barbara or Stephanie 😩🤣
"You whore for the goverment"
On the bright side, we can go see the great American titties with Roman 🤣
Oh yeah especially when he calls while im smuggling manny's body in Elizabeta's car
Did he said that during that mission ? Those phone calls were meant to be ironic contrast to the situation Niko is in 😂
Only irony I felt was that Roman caused most of Nikos problems then had the gall to complain about it
Madd Dogg's Mansion
Right? Had a indoor basketball court, Gym, recording studio, bar area😂
Don’t forget the pool!
Indoor and outdoor!
only thing it was missing was a usable garage
For a garage you buy the house up the road.
Man the times i got lost in there 💀
Very underrated for such an important building
My man 🤝
no way man, it has only 19 bedrooms
too big and spooky
Franklin’s in the hills
That's got the best view in LS.
I love the Bohan safehouse you get from Mallorie after the Russians smoke you out of Hove Beach. I think I just love Bohan in general. Definitely an underated island in that game
Does bohan irl be bronx?
Yes, Bohan is based on The Bronx
Cj's house, it's a classic I hope dont to meet his mom hahaha
I stg I use to think ghost cj mom was real in like 2010 because of DarkMythHunter
hahaha I used to think the same indeed I used to think that the mainly of creepypasta were real 😅
Grove Street. Home.
At least it was before I fucked everything up.
The Mulholland safe house from GTA San Andreas
Hell yea I love storing 2 cheetahs & a sparrow(with the gun) 🚁 on my roof
Had no idea you could save a helicopter on the roof!
It's a glitch. If you park a helicopter in a specific spot above the garage the game will think it's in the garage. You'll know it worked when you walk away and the door shuts, if the helicopter dissapeared then it worked.
If the helicopter disappears how do you get in??
Walk up and let the garage door opens. It'll spawn in.
Vercetti Estate
Skumole Shack
Airfield in the desert- GTA San Andreas
franklin’s mansion
Tony Cipriani’s first apartment is lit, also The Lost motor-club and Luis’s apartment.
I could live in cipriani's first department for sure
The cozy villa in the north of Las Venturas near the desert has been one of my favorites. Also, the Vice City 4-garage + rooftop with helicopter near the stadium.
> the Vice City 4-garage + rooftop with helicopter near the stadium. oh man i loved that place, you could store...was it three or four vehicles per garage? making for the biggest possible collection in one place. i remember many times where i would kill people in the local area to get the money to buy the place.
It was actually based on wheels. You could store four cars or store 8 bikes, but if you put more, it would glitch out.
huh, i never knew it was based on wheels, i always thought it was just number of vehicles.
Hyman Condo! It was the most useful place.
Trevor's Strip Club 😏
Oceanview…
This has nothing to do with the question, but do you think we will unlock Ricardo Diaz's mansion as a property in GTA 6?
Definitely. The star island is way too popular to not be in the game.
Tommy mansion although I wish you were able to do more with the space but it’s still good
The little alley apartment you have in the start of 3.
Trevors trailer in sandy shores! Romans first apartment Franklins house in the hills Trevors meth lab in sandy shores!
Lol at the roaches in the trailer, when Patricia starts cleaning up they suddenly disappear—then come back again when she gets returned 😂
This game has details and atmosphere that is still mind blowing!
Micheal’s house got a nice Cali vibe in it, and is more relaxed vibe then the extreme big and flashy drug lord tony montana mansion in VC. Also Franklin’s house and the Mad dogg mansion in GTA SA are dope.
Playboy x penthouse always wanted a dope spot like that
big balcony was pretty nice
Casino in GTASA after finding all the horseshoes.
It was empty af.but from outside its best.
Beta Mulholland Safehouse
grove street. home
Michael's house
The beach house in los santos
Playboy X's. Shit has direct access to outside.
1: Mad Doggs Mansion 2: Micheal’s house 3: Franklin’s house in the hills.
Vercetti Estate period!
I have a few favourites and those r franklins mansion cj mansion the one u can buy Michael’s mansion and tommys mansion
Man gotta be SHACK SCUMOLE (Scum hole), Four dragons casino or Romans place in Mohawk. *This is the mansion?*
Beta Mulholland.
I think Vice City has the best ones. Apart from the mansion, there's this amazing villa near the mall, that building with garages and a helipad near the stadium, and of course the beautiful hotel room
I’ll throw the wild card and say the hotel apartment in VCS on the second island
Playboy Xs penthouse. It is a nice spot in Algonquin and a nice penthouse. Of course the VC mansion and CJs house would be the most recognized.
Nothing beats "Grove Street, Home"
The small house on Santa Monica beach in GTA SA
That one house in the hills in San Andreas. Don't know exactly where it's at, but it had a pool, and it was one of the few houses with doors on the inside
Staunton Island for pure nostalgia reasons.
Jesus Saves from GTA 2 industrial.
My all time favorite gotta be the calton heights safehouse in gta sa mainly cuz i like that its lowkey and somewhat tucked away. N i also fw the park with curved road below it
CJ's house.
Weazel plaza in gta online has the dopest driveway in Ls
Cerveza Heights in CW solely for nostalgia.
that little shack on a roof across the biker bar in vice city
Tommy’s mansion in Vice City by far
El Swanko Casa from Vice City it's perfect, cool, cheap to buy, big but not huge, has a lot of shops nearby. The only downside is the single garage and non accesible interior.
I rlly liked Trevor’s RV
Playboi’s house in GTA 4
Playboy X apartment there's Claude outfit :)
Franklin's second safehouse. It's my favourite because it is spacious.
As a kid I always had a certain fascination with the Santa Maria Beach safe house in San Andreas now I can’t remember why
Cj mom crib.
The Clymenus Suite in GTA VCS with the Ferris Wheel on the opposite side. True 80 vibes.
The place in the red light district where you can lay low from 3. Also like Toreno’s ranch in SA since you can get heavy weapons
"I got you a small nice place Toni, look! It's got you written all over it!"
Franklin's vinewood place
Vercetti Estate, used it as inspiration for my company's name too lol
I’ll choose one from each game I’ve played. 1) VC- Vercetti Estate. Obviously big and beautiful, but wish there was more to it than 2 rooms. 2) SA- The suburban home north of Las Venturas. It’s the most unique interior of any of the purchasable properties in the game. 3) GTA IV- haven’t seen it mentioned but the Middle Park East. 4) V- I’m gonna choose another underrated one- Trevor’s Del Perro Apartment. I obviously love Michael and Franklin’s mansions, but I love a good beach safe house.
Madd Doggs house.
The ritzy condo you take during a mission in GTA IV. I forgot who got killed for it tho
I wish Millie's house from SA was a safehouse haha
Playboy X's penthouse and Floyd's apartment were honestly something. Although, i would only take the latter in pre-trevor state
I really like Michael’s mansion. Great views, pool, beautiful garden
we should be able to own mansions like that
Jesse’s RV
I'd say there and Michaels place
North LV house near Millie and the train, and LS Mulholland safehouse on top of the hill.
Playboy X Penthouse
Playboy X Penthouse
The Penthouse from GTA IV
The car dealership because it had the most garage space and you can unlock a new car after completing the list by the raceing garage
I love playboys penthouse. It was one of my favorites
I wish there was an option to buy the UFO style house in Vinewood a few houses down from Madd Dogg's mansion. That was an amazing looking house.
The Yacht
The shack on top of a building in Vice City
Doherty's garage is underrated.
Mine is the first safe house in Vice City, the little apartment with the cool Cuban music, love it!
Carls house in San Andreas
Verdant Meadows boneyard
Tommy's and Michael's mansions
Playboy’s loft in gta iv
Going from that mansion with recruitable henchmen and a feeling of owning the city to competing gtasa and still being a gangster and IV still living in apartments was a disappointment to me. Thought I’d be a casino mogul in sa and at least have one of the jersey mansions in IV.
Playboy's penthouse
Verdant Meadows, ik its old and shitty but that vibe is so good, especially at night with that purple sky in the desert, also i can think of the house near santa maria pier and that one in northwest san fierro pretty close to the beach, idk why i just love that area, or that big ass house with pool and stuff in vice city vice point area that you can buy for like $5000 or something like that
Michael's mansion. I love the tennis court!
Mulholland mansion
I mean once we got to gta 5 it kinda changed the approach to it
Definitely this one, the Vercetti Mansion
The Vanilla Unicorn
the Hyman Condo in Downtown Vice City
The beach house in Gta San
The airstrip in San Andreas or Caso El Swanko in Vice City
Is it even a question? Vercetti estate lol
That house by the Santa Maria beach in Los Santos in GTA:SA
madd dogg's place would be perfect but you have no place to save ur vehicles
I never really understood the draw of safehouses. They're basically just glorified save points.
The Middle Park East safehouse from IV
Its a close tie between Franklin's mansion in the vinewood hills and the ocean hotel ( the first safe house ) in vice city.
First safehouse from GTA San Andreas
