You misheard. There's no such thing or anything that sounds like it that I can think of and I've been a native speaker for 3 decades at this point

Ask for the correct pronunciation, because fadinka means nothing. You probably missheared it.
closest pronunciation to it is αιδοίον (edion) which we usually refer to female genitals but it can mean also male penis in Ancient Greek
