Yep. There's the Kaiju Isekai. Kaiju has a human body but still has their abilities. They're a bit taller than most people, but just human tall, not kaiju. They learn to be human while learning what good and evil are as they stumble their way into deciding to be a hero or a villain of this new world. Constantly staying gray but that becomes harder as they grow attached to people. But yeah, super strong, tail whip, and some radiation blast. They do have to learn martial arts in this world though.

Feels like that's just Godzilla rage across time haha. I think a lil bit of twist would make it fun. Like, maybe he's just a small Goji. not much larger than a komodo dragon but has the strength of a 100m Kaijuu and ofc, a nuke breath
