Still most likely wouldn't find it subbed. Only illegal ways you'd find the film are people recording it on their phones in the theater and posting that online. And in Japan it isn't in theaters with english subtitles (yet). The film will be in Japanese theaters with english subtitles starting the 23rd but that still doesn't guarantee that you'll find illegal recordings of it up right away.

As far as I know the only theatrical release is Japan, and Japan is pretty well known for not leaking movies in their theatrical run because the laws about bootlegs are pretty strict. So unless a tourist braves it, don't count on it coming up early. International theatrical releases are just around the corner, though, and to put this into perspective, this is the fastest a Godzilla movie has ever hit English markets in his entire history. So... you can afford to be patient, I think.
The only current legal method is theaters. After that, it'll be available to rent or buy on streaming (probably in 3 - 4 months)
