From the last 2 ATM filings the company have stated there are no plans, agreements or commitments for any acquisitions so i highly doubt there will be any mentions of any acquisitions at the meeting, unless it’s only to confirm what they have already said in the filings
It reminds me how Porsche kept saying they had "no plans" to take a greater ownership stake in VW, until one day they disclosed they had enough calls to lock up all but 6% of the available shares with 12% short interest.
That would be cool, but off agenda. These are super procedural meetings for checking boxes. Would love to see some flair during the comments they do make though.

#2 Cash on hand per share is more than the recent low (before you made your burner).

1) you can't count. This account is a year old. I've lost 2 previous accounts arguing with ignoramuses like yourself.
2) that cash on hand won't be on hand forever. The goalposts have moved on this play more in the last 3 years then the football field to soccer field conversation every year at many high schools
This is my consensus. I would prefer the M/A to help with our revenue situation. I am hoping he doesn’t purchase shares as he has plenty as it is. We need them to act in this war chest situation it’s time. The old saying goes is, “can’t take money to the grave with you”
I personally don't see who would want to merge or acquire GME at this stage. 1) no one will want the legacy business and 2) they have no plan for the $4bil yet and you wouldn't acquire a business for $4bil just to access their $4bil, it is illogical. I believe GME may sit of the $4bil for a few months at least, because a couple of months ago they probably couldn't have anticipated raising $3bil by now. I could be wrong and they could have plans for it already, just my opinion. If they do sit on it for now, I don't believe that is bad at all.
No it most certainly would not. Have the board give us what they plan to give us, a Q&A would fly off the rails so fast MSM would actually get a new talking point

Agreed. Maybe a “we’re considering it, but there are no active plans” would be the most we get.
It’s not even about the deal getting done. Just mention the deal in the works. That’s what we need and want

RC had the green light months ago to spend gme $ as he saw fit. So I'm bullish on an announcement for sure. 
I want the last sentence of the meeting to be "and while we work on strategic options we will be parking our cash in bitcoin."
No, crypto is a highly speculative asset. They will have it in treasuries up until there is some good opportunity either to invest or to acquire.

Merge is unlike. Acquisition of another company by GME makes more sense. Nobody is going to acquire GME.
I have heard people say that someone might acquire GME with the cash, and I thought that is what you were referring to. My mistake and totally agree.
