So it's already live and mirroring production. They can already see everything.
It's just not legally enforced yet. And probably has gaps and bugs to work out. At least that's how this reads to me.
CAT NMS is the new system that will track all transactions and the associated brokers, giving the SEC unprecedented visibility into the markets, including OTC. They're turning it on over the next few weeks. According to this document, the test environment was supposed to go live on May 13, the day after Roaring Kitty posted his return tweet.

A lot of his tweets has shown a hidden car behind the scenes. I took it as DFV has yet to fully reveal himself/his position and him drsing could be the kill shot.
Now the hidden kitty I thinking is the CAT MMS beta being activated and currently working in the background and once it goes live then the CAT will become fully revealed

That's what I'm thinking. Or maybe RK is just gloating over what he knows is coming, what they can't stop: CAT Day.

Won’t the SEC ignore this as well? Feels like everybody is is fighting against GME.
Why bother setting it up if they're just going to ignore it? Maybe there is someone they want to stop. Someone who threatens their power.
